With the continuous development of aerospace photography technology, the surveying and mapping quality requirements of the landscape are increasing steadily, which result in the expansion of size and quality of astronomical camera. In order to complete image information collection and image quality of large astronomical camera in all directions, analog camera can be arranged on the ground for a detailed detection to various performance indexes on the track under physical experiment environment. The expansion of size and quality to photography put forward higher requirement to model experiment equipment. In the experiment, the photography pose-adjuster has direct influence on the detection to various performance of large astronomical camera. Therefore, development of pose-adjuster under the certain condition is of great significance. This thesis tends to develop a four- DOF pose-adjuster installation for simulation experiment. The experiment puts forward the requirements of high load, high precision, high rigidity and low quality. The design index under normal temperature in the process of manufacture should be prior satisfied because of the high cost of low temperature test. The adaptability analysis to pose adjuster can be applied under low temperature making it smoothly operate under vacuum low temperature environment. Based on the above mentioned consideration, the thesis carries the following research work:Firstly, multi- scheme design can be applied according to technical requirements of the project. Comparative analysis should be made for the advantages and disadvantages to all the schemes, giving the final structure program.To firm the key structure index and intensive control mode. Distribute the technical indicators of the attitude adjustment mechanism into its components. The kinematics model and mechanical model of pose adjuster will be established for the mechanical basis of detailed design for components about it.Secondly, to design all the components of the attitude adjustment mechanism detailedly, the detailed 3D modal of the attitude adjustment mechanism was built.Again, use the appropriate topology optimization mode to optimize the load-bearing table-board and supporting table, to satisfy the weight index and the center subsidence of the attitude adjustment mechanism.Finally, analysis on the error factors that affect positioning accuracy of the attitude adjustment mechanism under the normal temperature. Provide a theoretical bases for the calibration and error compensation. Conduct a cryogenic environment adaptability analysis of the attitude adjustment mechanism, and build the deformation – temperature modal of the lifting mechanism and X-direction movement mechanism.
