Study On Cottonseed Meal Detoxication By Chemical Method And The Change Of Gossypol In Chemical Method-treated Cottonseed Meal In The Digestive Canal Of Broilers

In order to study a optimum chemical method to remove gossypol from cottonseed meal(CSM),three tests were carried out. First, we studied two analytical methods of FG(AOCS Ba7-58 and GB13086) in CSM and compared their differents to analyze the CSM.Second, sift some good methods from the several chemical treatment methord and optimize the process parameters as well as make up a new chemical treatment method,and then,tested the effect of the method to detoxify the CSM(contain crude protein(CP) detecting and digestibility obtain by Vitro digestion).Last,we tested the changes of gossypol(contain the content of FG and BG) in CSM in digestive canal of broilers.The test list:1 compare of two analytical methods to analyze FG in CSMRefer to to AOCS Ba7-58, we construct the standard curve and received the calculate factor F1=0.370,r2=0.999,101.14% rate of recovery,RSD=2.56;Mass absorption coefficient of GB13086 is equal to 62.5cm-1g-1L,rate of recovery is equal to 104.98%,RSD=9.85.To choose 3 CSM that have 3 gradient of contents of FG and use the two methods analyze the content of FG.the result demonstrated that GB13086 was obviously less than AOCS Ba7-58,The method of AOCS Ba7-58 can extract the FG in CSM adequately.detect the content of FG in CSM stably and good repeatability& reproducibility was proved.On the contrary.the method of GB 13086 had a bad repeatability& reproducibility.So,we recommend FG detection in feed fields use AOCS Ba7-58 to determine the content of FG in the CSM and forage that can be accurate to determine the toxic content in them.2 Cottonseed meal detoxication by chemical methodThe objective was to study a optimum chemical method to remove gossypol from cottonseed meal(CSM).First,test the effect of the heat,moisture and pressure for detoxification of gossypol in cottonseed meal.Then, We have to sift some good methods from the several chemical treatment and optimize the process parameters as well as make up a new chemical treatment. The heat, moisture and pressure all have positive effect for the detoxification of gossypol in CSM and the heat shows great. The relative excellent chemical treatment by H2O2 and CUSO4 can be combined to a compound.This compound can remove Free Gossypol as well as destroy Bound Gossypol,and the process parameters are 80℃,16%solvent consumption and 1h heating:the detoxification rate are 84.01% and 88.89% in detoxification of Homemade CSM and solvent extraction CSM.The CP content in detoxicated CSM is a little lower than the CP content in CSM,but TD obtain by Vitro digestion is visble increased.So this compound can effective detoxify the CSM.3 Gossypol digestion in digestive cannal of broilersIn the time of FG had been absorbed in digestive cannal of broilers,there were some new FG had been formed.In digestive cannal of broilers,BG generated by the heat,moisture in the process of technology of preparing cottonseed oil had been dissociated numerous;Detoxication CSM by H2O2,the oxidative FG and BG had been generated again;But detoxication CSM by FeSO4 and CuSO4,the BG had been dissociated not easily.
