To investigate the active substance resists the rice blast fungus from schima superba, Comparative analysed and tracked the different parts, the different seasons and the levels of different extracts of the schima superba the differences activity resists the rice blast fungus by agar well diffusion method in this paper. The results shows that The activity of the leaf of schima superba resists the rice blast fungus in the second half year is stronger than others, In the 10mg/ml concentration, its inhibitory rate is up to 64.79%。moreover the water-saturated n-butanol fraction which extracted from the 80% ethanol steep the leaf of schima superba Showed strongest antibacterial activity, In the 1.5228mg/ml concentration, its inhibitory rate is 58.63%。Then successively deal with the water-saturated n-butanol fraction with macroporous resin column chromatography silica gel column chromatography, RP-18 column chromatography for separation and purification。Meanwhile the EC50 concentrations of major active fraction resists the rice blast fungus respectively were:the EC50 levels of M2I fraction was 1.1804mg/ml, the EC50 levels of M2IG fraction was 0.54811 mg/ml, the EC50 levels of M2IGR5 fraction was 0.0984mg/ml, the EC50 levels of M2IGR5R1 fraction was 0.0538mg/ml, the EC50 levels of M2IGR5R2 fraction was 0.0680mg/ml, the EC50 levels of M2IGR5R3 fraction was 0.1039mg/ml the EC50 levels of M2IGR5R4 fraction was 0.0926mg/ml。Finally, two oleanane saponins were obtained from the fraction of M2IGR5R1 through preparative high performance liquid chromatography, and Identified by the ID, 2D-NMR, mass spectrometry, infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopic instruments, combined with acid hydrolysis of compounds and monosaccharide analysed by gas chromatography, the two compounds were determined to21.22-di-O-angeloyl-Ri-barrigenol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1'2)-β-D-galactopyrano syl-(1'2)-[α-L-r.hamnopyranosyl-(1'4)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosiduronic acid,命名为:superboside A(木荷皂甙A);21.22-di-O-angeloyl-Ri-barrigenol-3-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1'2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1'2)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1'4)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosiduronic acid],命名为:superboside B(木荷皂甙B);and have been named schimasaponionA and schimasaponionB the two compounds were proved through the database that the new compounds t were firstly isolated from schima superba。...
