The mango anthracnose disease was induced by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. It is an important disease for mango in the world, which could cause the fruit, flowers and leafs falling. In addition, Anthracnose could conceal in fruit, which result in fruit rot during the fruit storage and marketing and have a bad effect on quality and production of mango. At present, chemical control become an important means of prevention and control of mango anthracnose disease.On the one hand, the Colletotrichum gloeosporioides have a resistable effect on common fungicide, Such as albendazole, thiophanate, benomy and so on. They belong to benzimidazole fungicide, Fungicide of poor quality for disease due to chronic use. On the other hand, the resdue of the fungicide have a high level in the environment.Prochloraz is the main drug in preventing and curing the mango anthracnose disease. There are about 60 Prochloraz active principle registered in the Ministry of agicuiture. which rarely produces drug resistance and the isolates of drug resistance were not be found.because it may injuries the tender leaves and fruits. In order to develop the preventing effect,avoid to effect single but to produce resistance, and needed to improve the effect of Prochloraz, Differ from other active principle, The mixture of the two fungicical spectrum could widen the fungicical spectrum.In this study, synergistic action to C.gloeosporioides of mixture of prochloraz and triadimefon was tested by methods of Horsfall and CTC, the initial experiment show that the combination prochloraz and triadimefon could have synergistic effect, prochloraz and triadimefon.EC50 value are 0.02 mg/L and 16.4 mg/L. They both have a good effect in restrain mango anthracnose disease. The data show that when the prochloraz and triadimefon in the proportion of the 6:4, the RT rate reach the maxmum 1.2, the CTC is 333.06 indicates that fungicical spectrum reach the maxmun in this mixture was determined to be 6:4.The mixture of prochloraz and triadimefo in the proportion of the 6:4, To be selected according to the synergistic effect of these two fungicides prochloraz and triadimefon and their physical-chemical characters, cosolvent, surfactant, In the experiment we use 15 kinds of organic solvent to dissolve two raw pesticide, It turn out that cyclohexanone and DMF have the best dissolution in the proportion of 3:1 and use Pseudo-ternary phase diagramto to elect cosolvent. surfactant. The result show that:500 and 602 at the proportion of 1:3 could formate with infinite dilute aqueous solution in the dilution area. Cosolvent methanol in the proportion of 4% could widen system of the dilution area. The elected group are:triadimefon 19.92%, prochloraz 0.02%, organic solvent 12%, surfactant 20%. methanol 4% and water. In order to elect the most outstanding pharmaceutical formulation. Through GB/1601-1993, GB/T 1603-200, GB-T19137-2003, GB-T19136-2003 and common method to test kinds of micro-emulsified index, the result show that micro-emulsified system is light yellow transparent microemnlsion, pH is 7.12, transparent after 200 times dilution. after 7 days low temperature between 0℃-2℃and 14 days high temperature between 54±2℃storage are transparent, non-layered, non-precipitation and qualified emulsion.According to the field control effectiveness test.20% prochloraz and triadimefon could prevent and cure mango anthracnose disease, through 1000 times concentration, the fifth fungicide application, the prevent effect could reach 81.26%, in contrast to the fungicide drug 45% mango anthracnose disease single dose, the 1500 times could reach 2000 times effect.The field recommend concentration is 1000-1500 times after dilution.
