With the emergence of Digital aerial photogrammetry, a new information acquisition method for forest measurement technique has been provided.The paper faced to forest management investigation of forest farm, taking the artificial Pinns Tabulaeformis forest of Shang city in Henan province as an example, conducted on the establishment and accuracy evaluation of Forest Volume Estimation Model by using high-precision light small aerial remotely sensing system, included airborne LIDAR and small aerial photography.The crown diameter and canopy closure were interpreted directly through high-precision light small aerial remotely sensing photography. Tree height and mean height were measured and calculated by using LIDAR date and a regression equation of forest volume estimation mode also be built with ground survey. Moreover, in this paper, stand volume and tree volume table by aerial photography were compiled and analyzed of accuracy with contrast method, model method, experimental method and information integration method. The paper generated DEM and DSM through LIDAR system, realized the precision, digital, information-based forest resources monitoring and for the future use of digital photography measurement of forest volume to provide reference.
