In the production process of aquatic seedling, water temperature is the most key factor ofaffecting the growth of aquatic products. The water temperature has a great influence on thesurvival rate, the growth and development of aquatic products. It also directly or indirectlyaffects the other water quality factors. All of the environmental factors are almost restricted bythe water temperature. Such as the increase of water temperature can reduce dissolved oxygencontent, improve salinity and ammonia nitrogen content, reduce the PH value and in thewater.etc. High temperature can seriously damage the balance of water quality factors in waterenvironment, So the success or failure of seedling of aquatic products is decided by the watertemperature decides. In order to solve the risk problem of factory nursery and improve theseedling survival rate and quality, Aim to the research object of Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther,in the basis of reading and analysis a amount of literature, water temperature forecast model wasmade by investigating the actual conditions of breeding site. The model was used to forecast thewater temperature, and provide control basis for room constant temperature control of thenorthern winter low temperature. The main work has the following several aspects:(1) To analysis breeding and development situation of the Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther,the results show that Cynoglossus semilaevis Gunther breeding has the very good prospects fordevelopment. At the same time, Seedling industry also is developing rapidly, but it faced theproblem of environmental control. The water temperature is the key factor in the numerousfactors. So the water temperature forecast model of nursery room for Cynoglossus semilaevisGunther was provided.(2) In view of the aquaculture water temperature problem to solve, The author has carriedon the field of research, and collected about the farming ecological environment, hydrology,meteorology, water quality observation data, experimental data and pollution load and so on,and the status of breeding was investigated nursery room through on-the-spot farm staff andexperts.(3) On the basis of investigation and research, the water quality of ecosystem was studiedby related literature at home and abroad. The factors change of causality diagram wasconstructed by using system dynamics analysis of important water quality impact factors. (4) Understanding water temperature forecast model, and the mathematical model andneural network model has carried on the comparison and analysis, and its advantages anddisadvantages were summarized. After that, the neural network theory was studied, this paperalso introduced the development and characteristics of neural network, and its structure and thestudy way. The steps of BP neural network and wavelet neural network were introduced, it is thefoundation of the theory to water temperature forecast for the nursery room of Cynoglossussemilaevis Gunther.(5) The time series based wavelet neural network forecasted the water temperature, andmatlab platform was used to realize the forecast, the result is close to the expectations.
