Nano-Zn and Nano-Cn has special physical and chemical properties.Add them to the based diets and study on effect of growth and some biochemical index of Cynoglossus semilaevis.Test was carried out in two times: the first test study on Influence of different levels of Nano-Zn on growth and some biochemical index of Cynoglossus semilaevis.The body weight of the test fish was(52.68 + 0.13)g,randomly divided into 7 groups with 3replicates and 35 individuals in each replicate in this experiment.Experimental diets(53.16 mg Zn/kg diet)were supplemented with 7 levels of zinc(0,30,60,90,120,180mg/kg).The addition of a group of inorganic zinc(Zn SO4·7H2O)with the added amount of 60mg/kg was compared..After 84-d feeding,the parameters were measured;the second test study on Influence of different levels of Nano-Cn on growth and some biochemical index of Cynoglossus semilaevis.The body weight of the test fish was(60.59±0.39)g,randomly divided into 7 groups with 3 replicates and 30 individuals in each replicate in this experiment.Experimental diets(8.63 mg Cu/kg diet)were supplemented with 7 levels of zinc(0,3,6,9,12,40mg/kg).The addition of a group of inorganic Cu(Cu SO4·5H2O)with the added amount of 60mg/kg was compared..After 84-d feeding,the parameters were measured.1.The effect of the addition of Nano-Zn on the final weight,CF,WGR,FC and PER all hignest in 90mg/kg.The effect of the addition of Nano-Cu on the final weight,CF,WGR,FC SGR and PER all highest in 12mg/kg.2.The addition of Nano-Zn and Nano-Cn did not differ significantly among groups(P>0.05).3.The maximum values of Hb,NBT,A/G were found in 180mg/kg and contrast group after adding Nano-Zn.And the maximum values of Hb,A/G were found in 12mg/kg and3mg/kg after adding Nano-Cu,but it have no differ significantly effect of NBT.4.The addition of Nano-Zn in hepatopancreas,midgut protease activity reached the maximum at the 90mg/kg group,and foregut,hindgut appeared in 60mg/kg group;The maximum value of lipase activity all occurred in the contrast group;The maximum value of amylase activity in foregut and hepatopancreas appeared in 120 mg / kg group,midgut and hindgut was found in the inorganic zinc group.The maximum value of hepatopancreasprotease after adding Nano-Cu appeared in the 40mg/kg group,protease of foregut,midgut,hindgut appeared in the 9mg/kg group and significantly higher than other groups;The maximum value of lipase activity of hepatopancreas and foregut were found in 40mg/kg and contrast group,and lipase activity of midgut and hindgut all appeared in 12mg/kg group;The maximum value of Hepatopancreas and foregut amylase activity maximum value appeared in40mg/kg and 9mg/kg group,the maximum value midgut and hindgut amylase activity appeared in 40mg/kg and Cu SO4·5H2O group.5.Adding Nano-Zn in based diets of Cynoglossus semilaevis,the maximum value of T-SOD on blood serum,hepatopancreas,spleen and kidney appeared in control group,90 mg /kg,60 mg and 120 mg / kg group;The minimum value of MDA on blood serum and hepatopancreas were found in contrast and 30mg/kg group,and the MDA of spleen and kidney all appeared in contrast group;The maximum value of T-AOC on blood serum and kidney all appeared in 90mg/kg,The maximum value of CAT on boold serum,hepatopancreas,spleen and kidney appeared in 90mg/kg,contrast group,180mg/kg and inorganic zinc group respectively;The maximum value of GSH-PX appeared in inorganic zinc group,90mg/kg,60mg/kg and 120mg/kg respectively.Adding Nano-Cu in based diets of Cynoglossus semilaevis,the maximum value of T-SOD on blood serum and spleen appeared in 40 mg / kg,the maximum value of hepatopancreas and kidney 40 mg / kg group;The minimum value of MDA on blood serum,hepatopancreas,spleen and kidney were found in Zn SO4·7H2O group,contrast group 9mg/kg and 12mg/kg group respectively;The maximum value of T-AOC on blood serum and kidney all appeared in 6mg/kg;The maximum value of CAT on boold serum and kidney appeared in contrast group,and the maximum of hepatopancreas and spleen appeared in 12mg/kg group;The maximum value of GSH-PX on blood serum appeared in Zn SO4·7H2O group,and the maximum value of GSH-PX on hepatopancreas,spleen and kidney all appeared in 12mg/kg group.6.Adding Nano-Zn in based diets of Cynoglossus semilaevis,the maximum value of GOT on blood serum and hepatopancreas were found in Zn SO4·7H2O and 30mg/kg group;the maximum value of GPT on boold serum and hepatopancreas were found in 90mg/kg and contrast group;The maximum value of ACP and AKP on boold serum all appeared in90mg/kg group;The maximum value of CHO and TG on boold serum appeared in inorganic zinc ang 90mg/kg group;The maximum value of NO in blood serum appeared in inorganiczinc group.Adding Nano-Cu in based diets of Cynoglossus semilaevis,the maximum value of GOT and GPT on blood serum and hepatopancreas all appeared in 12mg/kg group.
