Trichinosis is a serious harmful parasitic zoonoses which is mainly infected by eating themeat with trichinella spiralis cyst. This disease presents global distribution, and serious infectioncan result in the death of humans and animals. Domestic and overseas has still no way to curepeople’s trichinosis infection. In recent years, people focus on studying probiotics protection andimmunomodulatory effects for intestinal mucosa and the effects for intestinal canal normal floraafter parasitization, however, it has less reports about probiotics effects for parasitization, andmainly focuses on probiotics such as the protective study of lactobacillus reuteri, lactobacilluscasei, lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium and saccharomycetes for protozoan andnematode infections. It also has less studies about the related lactobacillus establishement andimmunology regulatory mechanism for trichinization and chronic parasitism. Therefore, thisstudy aims at lactobacillus effects for trichinization and the establishment of chronicparasitism, explores the lactobacillus immunomodulatory for trichinization, and provides thenew approach for trichinella spiralis’ immunological control. The specific study contents andresults as follow:This test chooses30female BALB/c mice which are between3-5weeks old, and randomlydivided into4groups: PBS group, LGG treatment1group, LGG treatment2group and Controlgroup; before infecting trichinosis, mice in LGG treatment1group receive once immune everyother7days which the concentration is109cfu/mL, and this will be continued for two times;before infecting trichinosis, mice in LGG treatment2group will consecutively take LGG in oraladministration for five days which the concentration is109cfu/mL;PBS group has under thesame immune procedure situation with LGG treatment1group and takes orally PBS; Controlgroup do not make any treatment. After taking orally lactobacillus, it requires to inspect miceBMI every other one day up to finishing the test; after the completion of immune procedure ofeach group, except for Control group, every mouse administered orally200larva of trichinellaspiralis. It is collected blood in the5th,14th,30d trichinosis infections and make the serum, andit will examine the IgG content in it by EILSA method, and then kill the mice to test intestinalcanal and the number of imago in intestinal mucosa and calculate the worm reduction rate, andtake the intestinal juice to inspect sIgA content, and take spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes toinspect the cell factor level of IL-4、IL-10、IL-17、IFN-γ and so on by EILSA method, and finally take5,14d duodeno-ileum and30d lingualis to make pathological section. From the results, it shows that it uses two process modes to give BALB/c mice LGGdrench to infect the trichinella spiralis. The number of imago in intestinal canal and intestinalmucosa obviously decreases (P<0.01), the number of larva of trichinella spiralis in lingualisobviously decreases (P<0.01),and the trichinella spiralis number in LGG treatment2isobviously less than LGG treatment1. The amount of IL-4、IL-10、IL-17in spleen andmesenteric lymph nodes of mice in LGG treatment obviously increases which explains that theexpression quantity of Th2type of cell factor obviously increases, and shows that LGG canpolarize Th2type immunoreaction by adjust the host and then get rid of trichinella spiralis.IgG content of serum in LGG obviously increases (P<0.01), IgA content in faeces andintestinal juice obviously increases (P<0.01), the expression level of IFN-γ in PBS group andControl group obviously inproves (P<0.01). From the results, it shows that LGG can restraintrichinella spiralis’ parasitism and breed in intestinal phase, and it contributes to the removal ofimago. Thus, we conclude that LGG has a certain inhibiting effect on trichinization for mice, and the results has definite guiding significance on the study of trichinella spiralis’immunoprophylaxis and gut immunity response.
