The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary relativity EAAbalance (0.7649、0.7048、0.7220、0.7370、0.7591、0.7780and0.8008) on growthand protein metabolism of Mirror Carp Cyprinus carp L with the initialweight(53.29±1.64)g for8weeks.Control diet (33%of protein content) wasformulated with fish meal as protein source. The proximity between ten kinds of EAAmode required in feed and ten kinds of EAA mode required in fsh were calculated byusing gray correlation analysis.Six isoenergetic(17MJ/kg)and isonitrogen(31%protein)diets which were based on the standard of the fish muscle EAA compositionand ratio were formulated with plant protein source, with different relativity EAAbalance by adding different levels of methionine and lysine. The results showed that:With the increase of dietary lys and met and relativity EAA balance, the average growth rateof Mirror Carp Cyprinus carp L in trial groups was significantly increased(P<0.05). Specificgrowth rate of Mirror Carp Cyprinus carp L significantly increased with the increase of dietaryrelativity EAA balance (0.7591,4groups)(P<0.05),but the significant decrease of coefficient ofweight variation(P<0.05),significantly decreased the growth of discrete(P<0.05).When the feed REAA0.8008(Group6)when increased, mirror carp specific growthrate, feed efficiency was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the control group was notsignificant, the protein efficiency and protein productivity was significantly higher(P<0.05).With dietary lysine added and methionine each test group than hepatopancreasprotease activity with increasing feed REAA increases when the feed REAA to0.7591(Group4),the liver and pancreas protease activity than the control group differencewas not significant (P<0.05),while feed REAA0.8008(Group6) when increased, liver and pancreas protease activity were significantly higher than that. Each testserum total protein increases with feed REAA,when the feed REAA to0.7780(Group5),the serum total protein, albumin was significantly increased(P<0.05),serum ureanitrogen decreased significantly(P<0.05),when added to0.8008(Group6),theGroup4,Group5and Group6serum total protein were not significantly different, and the control group also were no significant differences in serum urea nitrogen wassignificantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).REAA mirror carp feed on theserum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase no significant impact, but liver and pancreas alanine aminotransferase increased significantly(P<0.05), while feed REAA to0.7591(Group4)and0.7780(Group5)when hepatopancreasalanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were significantly increasedand also with the control group had no significant difference. In each experimentalgroup, with feed lysine and methionine added, feed REAA had a significant effect(P<0.05)for total nitrogen mirror carp and ammonia excretion. When REAA is0.7780(Group5),and0.8008(Group6),the mirror carp total nitrogen and ammoniaexcretion and the control group was not significant. Each test group mirror carp white muscle RNA/DNA and serum IGF-I withincreases with feed REAA,when the feed REAA to0.7591(Group4),the mirror carpwhite muscle RNA/DNA and serum IGF-I and control group difference was notsignificant(P<0.05),with the feed REAA continue to increase, mirror carp whitemuscle RNA/DNA was significantly higher(P<0.05),but the serum IGF-I and thecontrol group was not significant. When the feed REAA to0.7780(Group5),themirror carp white muscle protein was significantly higher(P<0.05),when added tofeed REAA0.7370(Group3),the mirror carp white muscle fat, lysyl essential aminoacids and the control group was not significant.Under the current conditions, the trial feed were formulated with plant proteinsource based on the standard of the fish muscle EAA composition and ratio, withdifferent relativity EAA balance by adding different levels of methionine andlysinehe. The proximity between ten kinds of EAA mode required in feed and tenkinds of EAA mode required in fsh were calculated by using gray correlation analysis. In the view of the effect of dietary relativity EAA balance on growth and feeutilization and protein metabolism of Mirror Carp Cyprinus carp L,the trail feed withthe dietary relativity EAA balance (0.7591,4Groups) can increase the growth rate35.86%,decrease the discrete growth3.25%,content of dietary protein and the costof feed, promote the protein metabolism and regulation, reduce the nitrogenexcretion. It concluded that the feed protein content can reduce1.56%,then decreasethe cost of feed.It can be applied and promoted in production.
