In the present study, Jian carp (Cyprinus carpio car), Huanghe carp (Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Teminck et Schlegel), Heilongjiang carp (Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temmink et Schlege) were used for performance comparision of these strains by diallel cross which get six crosses. The hybrid vigor and path analysis of body weight, body length, body height were done, the results showned that measurements average weight for these fish after90days of culture was sorted from big to small:Hj>Yh>Jy>Jh>Yj>Hy, for240days was:Hj>Jh>Yj>Jy>Hy>Yh; the coefficient of variation about weight and length for90days were more than that240days except for Yh; for90days, Yh had the maximum absolute weight gain, specific weight gain, while Hy get the smallest. Morever, the significant differences were found between Hy and the other five hybrids (P<0.05). For240days, the biggest absolute weight gain, specific weight gain was occurred in Jh and had significant difference compared the minimum Hy value (P<0.05); there were different maximum and minimum fatness for90days and240days, respectively Yj and Hy, Jy and Yh. No significant differences between in such six groups was observed; growth index of90days was descended:Yh>Hj>Jy>Jh>Yj>Hy, Both Hy and Yj had significant differences compared to the other four groups differences (P<0.05), although the difference between them was not researched. For240day, the growth index value from big to small in these groups was appeared:Hj>Jh>Jy>Hy>Yj>Yh. At the same time, both Hj and Jh group had no difference when growth index was compared with each other, but the values were bigger than the other four groups (P<0.05); the correlation coefficient of length and weight in90days was higher than the value of weight and height in such6combinations. However, for240days, only for Hj, Jh, Jy, the correlation coefficient of body length and weight was also bigger than that of height and weight.90days, in Jh group, weight was directly achieved for big interval that the pathway coefficient was up to0.790by length, the smallest direct effect of body height on body weight direct was0.008; the indirect effect of height on weight via length was, up to0.451in Yj, while minimum (0.096) was appeared in Jh; Yh had the maximum indirect effects height on weight via length (0.551), while the Jh group get the minimum value (0.259). For240days, the direct effect on body weight was found to be highest in Yj(0.644) and the lowest in Hj (0.345); the indirect effects of height on body weight by length was expressed to be biggest in Yh(0.502) and smallest in Hj (0.317). At the same time, the positive indirect effect of body height on weight via body length also found. Of them, the value of Hj was up to0.516, Yj get the minimum value (0.263). For90days, the higher coefficient of determination between weight and length was founed compared to that of body weight and height in such hybrids:Hj, Hy, Jh, Jy, Yh; for240days, only Hj, Jh, Jy observed the same result. Besides these, the growth equation and the optimal equation of different breeding periods were established.13pairs of microsatellite DNA markers were selected to analyze the genetic diversity of F1crossbred groups of Jian carp(Cyprinus carpio car), Huanghe carp(Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Teminck et Schlegel), Heilongjiang carp(Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temmink et Schlege) including180individuals. The results showned that85alleles were found, and the number of alleles in each locus was ranged from3to9, with an average of6.5385, while the average efficient alleles number is4.9067. The value of observed heterozygosity was varied from0.5563to0.9241, while the expected heterozygosity was ranged from0.5215to0.8471. The polymorphism information content (PIC) was ranged from0.5499to0.8254. SAS9.1software was used to analyze the effects of these13microsatellites on body weight, body length and body height of these F1groups, correlation analysis showned that in Jian carp(Cyprinus carpio car) and Heilongjiang carp(Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temmink et Schlege) crossbred group, HLJ046, HLJ1093, HLJ1117, MFW2, MFW32were associated with the body length, MFW2was correlated with the body height; in Jian carp(Cyprinus carpio car) and Huanghe carp(Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Teminck et Schlegel) diallel hybrid group, HLJ1093was associated with the body length; in Huanghe carp(Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Teminck et Schlegel) and Heilongjiang carp(Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temmink et Schlege) hybrid group, HLJ046, MFW10, MFW15were associated with the body weight and length, while MFW10was also related to body height, analysis has been on body weight, body height, body length have a positive role in the selection of common carp growth performance via the six alleles and two microsatellite loci of HLJ046and MFW2, which may contribute to the growth of common carp in common carp QTL trait mapping of marker-assisted for further breeding techniques development.
