Study On Benefits Distribution Mechanism To Laying Hens Supply Chain Based On Supply Chain Alliance In Jiangxi Province

Rural areas, agriculture and farmers have gradually become the focus of socialconcern since the three rural issues were raised in the beginning of the twenty-firstcentury. Accordingly, how to solve the problems of poverty, agricultural risk and lowincome of farmers has also become an important research topic for many experts andscholars. Currently developing laying hens industry is an important way to increasefarmers’ income and settle rural problems, because that industry forms an importantpart of agriculture. Hence, it is of great significance to establish a modern laying hensindustry chain and promote its healthy development.As an important industry in Jiangxi province, laying hens industry is in urgentneed for a characteristic mode to accelerate its own development. In this paper, wepractically analyze several problems existing in laying hens supply chain in Jiangxi,i.e. high transaction costs, great volatility in benefits of participants, unreasonableinterests distribution and frequent occurring of food safety problems, and then explorecauses of these problems. After reading relevant literature, by applying theories ofsupply chain and benefits distribution as well as ideas of supply chain alliance, wepropose to build layer industry supply chain alliance in Jiangxi and also designoperational mode and interests coordination mechanism. Finally, we make benefitsallocation program for that supply chain alliance through combining various benefitsdistribution methods within this supply chain alliance framework, to ensure that theprogram be more fair and reasonable.
