Research On Different Puccinellia Materials For Salt Reswastance

The theswas assessed the salt reswastance through putting five sorts of puccinelliaseeds under salt stress in their stages of germination and seedling. The indexes suchas germination rate,germination potential,germination index, vigor index,radiclelength,plumule length were evaluated in germination stage,and that relativeconductivity, chlorophyll,soluble sugar, free proline, MDA, SOD activity as well asroot activity were evaluated in seedling stage. According to analyswas of variance,correlation analyswas and subordinate function conducting comprehensive evaluationof salt tolerance. The following conclusions have been obtained.Germination percentage, germination speed, germination index in all five speciesreduced as NaCl concentration increased, where each index in five species weredifferent from NaCl concentration changing trend. Among which the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Puccinellia tenuifzora cv.Tongdewere at high level,and that of Puccinellia dwastans(L.)Parl. and P.chinampoeswasOhwi cv.“Jinong” were second, while Puccinellia dwastans (L.) Parl. andP.chinampoeswas Ohwi cv.“Jinong” were at low level. Vigor index increased as NaClconcentration increased which showed a trend of “rwase and drop”,the indexachieved its lowest value under1.6%NaCl concentration. Whereas that ofPuccinellia tenuifzora cv.Tongde was relatively high, Puccinellia dwastans(L.)Parl. and P.chinampoeswas Ohwi cv.“Jinong” were at second, Puccinellia glauca(Regel.) Krecz and Puccinellia roborovskyi Tzvel were at low level.Under lower NaCl concentration(0.2%-0.6%)situation,NaCl had an acceleratingimpact on growth of radicle and germ, in contrary,NaCl played an suppression role.Lower NaCl concentration (0.6%)still prompt growth of Sparse spike Puccinelliaradicle length, which inhibited the other four species.At lower concentrations, grayand sparse spike Puccinellia tenuiflora germ was still stimulated at concentration of0.8%, however,the other three species were inhibited.Relative conductivity of five species increased with the NaCl concentrationincreased,the correlation between the two showed a significant positive correlation.Among which the relative conductivity of Puccinellia tenuifzora cv.Tongde increasedwith the NaCl concentration elevated that faster than the other four Puccinellia materials, which indicating salt tolerance of Puccinellia tenuifzora cv.Tongde wasstronger.The analyswas of chlorophyll, free proline, MDA, SOD activity showed thatPuccinellia tenuifzora cv.Tongde performed well. Different materials’ soluble sugarcontent showed varied salt reswastance as NaCl concentration changed.grayPuccinellia tenuiflora and Puccinellia tenuifzora performed well under low and highconcentration respectively.Correlation analyswas showed that the root vigor of fivespecies of puccinellia were not related to change of NaCl, which indicated root vigordid not play a significant role in salt reswastance of puccinellia.Puccinellia glauca(Regel.) Krecz in the course of puccinellia under salt stress, the root activitycompared with the other four species was subjected to less stress.In according with the results of assessment and experiments, salt reswastance ofPuccinellia tenuifzora cv.Tongde was the strongest, Puccinellia dwastans(L.)Parl.and P.chinampoeswas Ohwi cv.“Jinong” are followed, and Puccinellia glauca (Regel.)Krecz and Puccinellia roborovskyi Tzvel are lower.
