This paper includes six chapters. The first chapter is reviewed in this paper whichexpounds the characteristics of origin and morphological analysis of heavy metals in the soilresearch, tells the story of morphological analysis method and the proportional relationship.Heavy metal pollution is briefly described and the sources, and draw a comparatively perfectresearch methods and analysis techniques.Chapter2with wet digestion-flame atomic absorption method and graphite furnaceatomic absorption spectrophotometry in the different areas in the soil potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, lead, chromium, cobalt, nickel and so ona number of elements content determination. Compare the content of different elements in theregional distribution, indicate that metal elements content in different regions havedifferences.Chapter3and Chapter4with BCR and Tessier continuous extraction with differentregional soil heavy metal elements in the form content were determined, the application ofatomic absorption determination of eight content of metal ions, and the percentage, carrieson the comparison to each shape metal elements content proportion relationship.Chapter5of this experiment of baoding surrounding farmland soil sampling and analysis,to determine the metal content and soil heavy metal pollution, carries on the preliminaryevaluation to clarify its heavy metal content effects on human health.Chapter6by atomic fluorescence photometer for determination of arsenic in differentriver, chose the best instrument conditions, the sample processing method, the influence of theacidity and concentration of reducing agent, method detection limit, linear range, precisionand recovery for the test and so on study, and the actual samples for testing.
