The experiment mainly studied on the interannual variation about AM and DSEmycorrhizal structure of Gansu and Ningxia Ammopiptanthus monglicus rhizosphere. Theinterannual variation about AM and DSE mycorrhizal structure combine with the interannualvariation of soil factors and A.mongolicus distribution to expound ecological heterogeneity onAM and DSE fungi of A.mongolicus. The main methods was: Collected soil and root samplesfrom0-10cm,10-20cm,20-30cm,30-40cm and40-50cm of A.mongolicus rhizosphererespectively. The main results were as follows:1.A.mongolicus root can be highly infected by AM fungi. The mycorrhizal structure typeis mainly I-type,A-type and P-type was less than I-type.2.AM and DSE fungal distribution had obvious spatial-temporal change. Space variation:in2012, the hyphal, vesicular, arbuscular and colonization intensity of different sample plotshave no significant differences. Total AM and DSE colonization had no significantdifferences in different layers soil of same plot. In2013,Yinchuan plot, vesicular colonizationhad no difference in different soil layers; the hypha, arbuscular, AM colonization intensity, total AM and DSE colonization had differences in different soil layers. Shapotou plot,Thehypha, vesicular, arbuscular, AM colonization intensity, AM total and DSE colonization indifferent soil layers were difference. Minqin plot, DSE colonization had no difference indifferent layers, the hypha, arbuscular, AM colonization intensity, total AM colonization haddifference in different soil layers, the vesicular colonization have significant difference. Timevariation: hyphae, vesicular, AM colonization intensity and AM total colonization ofYinchuan plot in2013were significantly higher than those in2012; Shapotou and Minqinplot, no interannual variation in AM mycorrhizal structure, in addition to hypha colonizationin2013was less than that in2012. Three plots DSE colonization in2013were significantlyless than that in2012.3.Soil fertility effects of AM and DSE fungal colonization.2012and2013data all showed that soil fertility factor (organic matter, available N and available K average)ofMinqin plot was higher than that of Yinchuan and Shapotou plot, also spore density, arbuscular colonization density and DSE colonization were significantly higher thanYinchuan and Shapotou plots.4. Though AM and DSE fungi can infect root of A.mongolicus all the same time, whensoil conditions were consistent, the relationships between AM fungi and DSE fungi werecompetitive.
