Based on the fishing data of the stow net in the Andaman Sea of Myanmar duringSep through Nov in2008, This paper analyzed the catch inverse proportion, spacedistributing and alteration among the different months; combined the remote sensingdata of sea surface temperature (SST)、sea surface salinity (SSS) and sea surface height(SSH), exhibited the fishing ground and the environment characteristic of the AndamanSea, analyzed the relationship between the fishing ground and the environment factorsby the software of Marine Explorer4.0; used the Statistic software SPSS, studied therelationship between the fishing ground and environment characteristic based on thegeneralized linear model (GLM), confirmed the environment factors which distinctlyeffected the catch per unit effort (CPUE) of different catch, analyzed the results ofmodels. The conclusion as follows:(1)During Sep through Nov, the proportion of Trichiurus lepturus diminishedincreased, is28.39%、24.34%、22.96%; the proportion of Pampus argenteus diminished, is20.61%、20.28%、24.12%; the proportion of Muraenesox cinereus diminished increased, is12.97%、21.05%、26.09%; the proportion of Nibea Coibor increased, is11.72%、11.90%、15.72%.(2)In general, distribution of catch of Trichiurus lepturus along the longitude isbasically consistent with the CPUE. the largest CPUETL(4.82t/(d×net)) located in95.25oE, and the lowest CPUETL(1.56t/(d×net)) located in95.75oE; the largest CPUETP(3.57t/(d×net)) located in95.25oE, and the lowest CPUETP(1.38t/(d×net)) located in94.75oE; the largest CPUETM(2.44t/(d×net)) located in95.25oE, and the lowest CPUETM(1.07t/(d×net)) located in94.75oE; the largest CPUETN(2.09t/(d×net)) located in95.25oE, and the lowest CPUETN(1.02t/(d×net)) located in95.75oE.(3)In general, distribution of catch of four kinds of main fishings along the latitude is basically consistent with the CPUE. the largest CPUETL(4.75t/(d×net)) located in14.25oN and the lowest CPUETL(1.13t/(d×net)) located in12.25oN; the largest CPUETP(3.37t/(d×net)) located in13.25oN and the lowest CPUETP(1.92t/(d×net)) located in12.75oN; the largest CPUETM(2.16t/(d×net)) located in13.25oN and the lowest CPUETM(0.67t/(d×net)) located in12.25oN; the largest CPUETN(1.76t/(d×net)) located in14.25oN and the lowest CPUETN(0.78t/(d×net)) located in12.25oN.(4) The lager value of CPUETLmostly located in the north of14.00oN and the eastof95.00oE. The lager value of CPUETPgreater than0.5t/(d×net)mostly located in thesouth of14.00oN. The lager value of CPUETMgreater than0.6t/(d×net)mostly locatedin95.50oE,14.00oN and only once. The largest value of CPUETNlocated in95.50oE,13.00oN.(5) In September, The lager value of CPUETLmostly located in the north of14.00oN; The lager value of CPUETPmostly located in94.00oE,12.50oN、96.25oE,13.00oN; The lagest value of CPUETMmostly located in96.50oE,14.00oN; The lagervalue of CPUETNmostly located in the range of12.50~13.00oN.In October, The lagest value of CPUETLmostly located in95.50oE,14.25oN; Thelager value of CPUETPmostly located on the edge of fishing ground; The lager value ofCPUETMmostly located in96.75o E,14.50o N; The lagest value of CPUETNmostlylocated in96.75oE,14.50oN.In November, The lagest value of CPUETLmostly located in96.00oE,13.75o N;The lagest value of CPUETPmostly located in95.50o E,13.50o N; The lager value ofCPUETMmostly located in94.50o E; The lagest value of CPUETNmostly located in95.50oE,13.00oN.(6) During Sep through Nov, the range of optimum SST about Trichiurus lepturusis27.5~28℃、29~29.5℃and27.5~28℃; the range of optimum SST about Pampusargenteus is28~28.5℃、29.5~30℃and28~28.5℃; the range of optimum SST aboutMuraenesox cinereus is28~28.5℃、29~29.5℃and27.5~28℃; the range of optimumSST about Nibea Coibor is28~28.5℃、29~29.5℃and27.5~28℃.During Sep through Nov, the range of optimum SSS about Trichiurus lepturus、Pampus argenteus、 Muraenesox cinereus is31~32、28~29and31~32; the range ofoptimum SSS about Nibea Coibor is31~32、27~28and31~32.During Sep through Nov, the range of optimum SSH about Trichiurus lepturus is60~64cm、56~60cm and60~64cm; the range of optimum SSH about Pampus argenteus is60~64cm; the range of optimum SSH about Muraenesox cinereus is56~60cm、56~60cm and60~64cm; the range of optimum SSH about Nibea Coibor is56~60cm、68~72cm and60~64cm.(7) The paper chose the significance environment factors and got the degree ofdifferent factors affected among the different CPUE.
