This paper did an elementary analysis basted on the investigation data ofzooplankton and the main environmental factors obtained from two cruises in Jul. of2011and2012on artificial reef waters in Xiangshan Bay and studied on thezooplankton community surveyed sea area, results as follows:1、Species compositionIt turned out that a total of6categories and31species were identified during thetwo cruises. Copepod included22species, Chaetognatha included3species, Mysidaceaincluded2species, Hydromedusae included1species, Euphausiacea included1species,Amphipoda included1species, Ctenophora included1species, Pelagic larva included14species.A total of5categories and27species were identified during the first cruises,Copepod included20species, Chaetognatha included3species, Mysidacea included2species, Euphausiacea included1species, Amphipoda included1species, Pelagic larvaincluded12species. A total of6categories and25species were identified during thefirst cruises, Copepod included18species, Chaetognatha included2species, Mysidaceaincluded2species, Hydromedusae included1species, Euphausiacea included1species,Ctenophora included1species, Pelagic larva included9species. Copepod is thedominant group of Crustacea in the investigated sea area. There were main3ecological groups in the investigated sea area: inshorehypohaline group included Centropages dorsispinatus、Paracalanus aculeatus、Acartia pacifica、 Labidocera euchaeta and Psudeuphausia sinica, etc, eurythermal and euryhaline group included Beroe cucumis, etc, and estuarine groupsuch as Acanthomysis longirostris. Inshore hypohaline group and eurythermal andeuryhaline group were the main ecological groups. We can conclude from the twocruses’ zooplankton composition that the species of Crustacea consisted of a dominant proportion among the total zooplankton species composition. The dominant species of two cruses were Brachyura larvae, Calanopiathompsoni, Labidocera euchaeta and Acartia pacifica, etc. There were7speciesincluded Brachyura larvae, Calanopia thompsoni, Labidocera euchaeta, Acartiapacifica,Macrura larvae,Fish eggs and Fish larvae during the first cruise, and therewere8species included Brachyura larvae, Calanopia thompsoni, Labidoceraeuchaeta,Hyperacanthomysis longirostris,Oithona sp.,Acartia pacifica,Macruralarvae and Fish larvae during the follow cruise.2、Biomass and abundanceThe mean wet of artificial reef waters biomass of zooplankton was55.98mg/m3and the control plot’s was24.16mg/m3in the first cruise. During the secondcruise, the mean wet of artificial reef waters biomass of zooplankton was56.65mg/m3and the control plot’s turned into18.82mg/m3. The mean amount of artificial reefwaters abundance of zooplankton was251ind./m3and the control plot’s was81.48ind./m3in the first cruise. During the second cruise, the mean amount of artificialreef waters abundance of zooplankton was51.68ind./m3and the control plot’sturned into50.63ind./m3.Boxplot test indicated that there was no significant difference of zooplanktonbiomass about two cruises on reef(P>0.05) but there was more scale on reef in2012by the comparing artificial reef waters with contrast area(P<0.05), but thezooplankton abundance of2011was greater on reef by2012(P<0.05) and there wasno significant otherness about two years comparing artificial reef waters and its contrastarea(P>0.05).3、Biodiversity indexThe mean Shannon-weiner diversity index of zooplankton of artificial reef waterswas2.37and the mean Pielou evenness index of zooplankton was0.55and the controlplot’s was2.38and0.68during the first cruise. On the contrary, The meanShannon-weiner diversity index of zooplankton of artificial reef waters was3.07and themean Pielou evenness index of zooplankton was0.82and the control plot’s was2.13and0.68during the last cruise. The biodiversity and evenness were all rising after buildartificial reef(P<0.05).4、Canonical correlation analysis indicated that there was highly significantrelation(r=0.9627) between zooplankton community key parameters which contained abundance, species,Shannon-weiner diversity index and evenness index with depthand dissolved oxygen on reef waters. Results of cluster analyses showed that thecommunity structure during the artificial reef waters significant difference to thecontrast area. Therefore, two groups were identified in that two area.
