The study on the different forms Possium, and features of fixation and K release, and change of Potassiumdifferent adsouption site, and Q/I value of Potassium in black soil, and the effect of fertilization on corn qualitythrough field and laboratory experiments. To characterize the evolution the effect of fertilization on Potassiumsupply capacity. The objectives of this study are providing theoretical foundation of rational application offertilizer. The results show that:The effect of long-term fertilization on content of total Potassium and mineral Potassium is not obvious. The total potassium content tended to descend without Potassium fertilizer treatment in fertilization ofchemical fertilizer treatment, and the total potassium content tended to maintain the original level or slightlyincreased in Potassium fertilizer treatment. Straw application made the total Potassium content tend toincrease. Long term no-ferlizer and no-potassium fertilizer reduce the content of slowly available potassiumand available potassium, and Long term application potassium fertilizer and combined application of organicfertilizer and chemical fertilizer treatment can improve the content of slowly available potassium andavailable potassium.Long-term application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer can improve the ability of fixed potassium insoil, The tendencies of soil potassium fixation under joining potassium in different long-term fertilizationtreatment are similar, soil potassium fixation capacity tend to increase with the increase of the amount ofjoining potassium. Long-term application of organic fertilizer can improve the content of K release, and no-potassium fertilizer improve the content of soil potassium fixation, decrease the K release capacity. Passiumfertilizer and organic fertilizer application can promote K release, and the numbers of K release are increasingwith concentration of joining potassium increase.Black soil potassium Q/I curve in long-term different fertilizer treatments and typical Q/I curve is similar.Q/I curve between different fertilizer treatments presented a similar shape. Fertilization can increase contentsof-△K0and AReK,and reduce contents of PBCK, organic fertilizer and potassium treatments are the sameeffect, combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer treatment is the most obvious. Thusfertilization is beneficial to the improvement of the supply capacity of soil potassium.Long-term fertilization affects corn quality and density. The corn density range is in70.67~76.73g/Land starch content range is in71.42%~80.09%and Corn protein range is in6.59%~8.34%in differentfertilization treatments. The relationship between corn protein and soil pH and organic matter and total P andavailable phosphorus were negatively correlated, and the relationship between corn protein and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and total nitrogen in soil were positively correlated. Soil nitrogen content can increasecorn protein content. The relationships between corn fat and starch content and soil physical and chemicalproperties were positive correlation. Soil nutrient content can increase soil fat and starch content. Long-termcombined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer treatment can improve the bulk density andyield of corn and the quality of the corn.
