The study was used on pot trial method, the phytotoxicity symptoms of soybean andthe effects of pre-emergence herbicide treatment on soybean seedling emergence weremastered via the descriptions, photos and the determination of soybean physiologicalindexes. The remission from6kinds of preparations to injury of soybean of the30kinds of herbicide was explored. The data were analyzed by software Excel and DPSand the results were obtained as following:1. Systematically recorded and described the phytotoxicity symptoms ofsoybeans that injured by30kinds of common herbicides.2. The excessive of pre-emergence herbicide has inhibited the rate of emergenceof soybean. Inhibition rate from weak to strong is:Triazine herbicide<Imidazolinone<Nitroaniline herbicide<Organic heterocyclic herbicide<Amides herbicide<Phenoxy acid herbicide.3. In the selected herbicide, the growth of soybean was inhibited by most ofherbicides, while the3kinds of can promote the growth of soybean, which wereMesotrione and Thifensulfuron, as well as Simetryn.4. In the selected6kinds of preparations for curing soybean injury: Amino acid, Brassinolide, KH2PO4,they had obviously relieve effect on Metolachlor, Isooctyl2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate, trifluralin, metribuzin, thifensulfuron methyl, mesotrioneof their phytotoxicity. The mitigation effects of Metolachlor, tmetribuzin,thifensulfuron methyl, mesotrione injury are equal to CK treatment. While themitigation effects of trifluralin and sooctyl2,4-dichloropheno-xy acetate didn’treached to CK treatment.5. In the selected6kinds of preparations for the lifting effect of Postemergenceherbicide injury:Brassinolide and KH2PO4had relieve effect on Sethoxydim andFomesafen of their phytotoxicity; Brassinolide had relieve effect on Clomazone ofphytotoxicity; KH2PO4had relieve effect on Bentazone of phytotoxicity;6kinds ofpreparations did not relieve effect on Simetryn, Oxadiazon and Imazethapyr, butaggravated phytotoxicity of herbicides.6. The relieve effects to soybean height with all kinds of herbicide was obviouslytreated with GA3, while no significant differ to dry matter accumulation of stem and leaves, more over, some of them were negative.
