Soybeans is China’s major grain cash crops, Plays the role that other crops can not be replaced in thenational product. With the widespread use of the herbicide in soybean field every soybean injury is also notuncommon.Especially in recent years, Heilongjiang spring due to low temperature, soil humidity, the applicationof2,4-D butylate by soil treatment in soybean field worth varying degrees of injury, caused a significantreduction of soybean. To agricultural production caused a different levels of economic loss. To solve the problemof the herbicide damage, We chose three major soybean cultivars from different accumulated temperature inHeilongjiang province to explore the impact that2,4-D butylate has on different varieties of soybean growth andphysiological and yield of soybeans after sowing before application of2,4-D butylate soil treatment by potexperiment, It shows that the sensitivity of three soybean varieties to2,4-D butylate was differ. the impact that2,4-D butylate has on different varieties of soybean growth physiological and yield of soybeans by way ofcorrelation analysis, and carries on the production by using the method of stepwise regression analysis, makeevaluation to size effect of the regression variables, to find out the dominant characteristics of factors ofproduction in different periods, as the evaluation index of soybean yield. The test results are as follows:1. The application rates of2,4-D butylate were540、1080、1620、2160ga.i./hm~2,the impact on thegrowth and development of the different varieties of soybean was different.2,4-D butylate had impact on thestem diameter, Chlorophyll content, Proline content, SOD activity, Root activity of three soybean varieties, andfive indices gradually returned to normal levels in the60days after application.2,4-D butylate had inbibitionaleffect on the leaf length, and width of euphylla of the three soybean varieties. Soybean from the fourth piecefronds began to return to normal.2. The results indicate that2,4-D butylate had no significant effect on100-seed weight of three soybeanvarieties; the treatment that2,4-D butylate caused yield reduction, grain number of per plant will be reducedobviously, however the reduction of pod number per plant and effective pod number was uncertain, so the mainfactor that caused reduction of yields was the decrease of the grain number of per plant. Therefore, we can judgethe administration of2,4-D butylate whether caused soybean production through the investigation of soybeangrains per plant.3. The sensitivity of three soybean varieties to2,4-D butylate was differ. Our experiment shows that the yield of Heihe-48could be reduced by2,4-D butylate with an application rate of1080ga.i./hm~2, the yield ofDongnong-52could be reduced with an application rate of1620ga.i./hm~2, the yield of Hefeng-55could bereduced with an application rate of2160ga.i./hm~2. The sequence of sensitivity of three soybean cultivars to2,4-D butylate was Heihe-48> Dongnong-52> Hefeng-55.4. The testing data was analyzed by Excel and DPS software, the dependent regression equation wasestablished by the single plant yield and growth and physiological of soybean after10、30、50days. Plant heightmeasurement can be used as the basis for final production evaluation in the10days after application. Root activitymeasurement can be used as the basis for final production evaluation in the30days after application. Chlorophyllcontent measurement can be used as the basis for final production evaluation in the50days after application.
