On the basis of compost by adsorbing-composting of leachate experiment, mixingdifferent concentrations of compost and garden soil as cultivation substrate, with red cherryradishes, savory, lettuce, glass lettuce, Zhangqiu Green onions and Malian leek such six kindsof seed plants as the research object, using the method of pot experiments and laboratoryanalysis of a combination after the experiment of dormancy breakage, On the basis ofexperimental design summer, autumn and winter tests, analysis the viability of seeds as wellas their ability to effectively grown on different concentrations of compost. The followingconclusions were obtained:(1)The experiment of dormancy breakage showed that after artificial mechanical damage, and then high temperature hot processing, red cherry radish seed germination rate rose from46%to74%.Savory seed after high temperature drying first, and then deal with concentratedsulfuric acid soaking, germination rate increased from9%to35%, at the same time rottingrate reduced from3%to zero, increased the utilization rate of the seed. After treatment, theseed vigor of others was varying degrees of increase.(2)The experiments of seed germination showed that leachate compost had no effect onthe quality of germinated seeds, but have different effects on the germination of six plants. Onthe germination rate and germination potential, the leaching solution environment to someextent undermined the viability of the five seeds outside Zhangqiu green onions. Theinhibition of which the largest was savory, the smallest was the lettuce. For Zhangqiu greenonions germination then played a catalytic role.(3) Plant growth experiments showed that in addition to lettuce and glass lettuce plant inautumn not suitable for cultivation in leachate adsorption compost products, the other fourtested can be effectively grow. Where red cherry radishes and savory at30%-60%compostenvironments had the highest survival rate, seedling morphology under this environment wasgood, and water retention capacity of the seedling stems and leaves was the strongest. High concentrations of compost could suppress the red cherry radish quality change andaccumulation. Zhangqiu green onions and Malian leeks sprouting slowly in the60%-90%compost environment, exhibit the lowest rate of emergence, the highest survival ratecharacteristics. During vegetative growth also showed more tall plants, longer pseudostemand higher leaf dry matter content. Overall seedlings showed strong growth momentum.
