In order to study influence rules of different factors on biomass pyrolysis characteristicsdeeply and optimize of biomass pyrolysis char process parameters, in this paper, takes three maincrops straws and five kinds of animal manure as major raw materials for agricultural biomasspyrolysis in northeast of China(Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province, Liaoning province). Basedon industrial composition, analysis of elemental composition and calorific value, use thethermogravimetric (TG-DTA) analysis, systemic experimental study was carried out on6factorsthat influence the pyrolysis characteristics and pyrolytic carbon yield. In order to obtain theinfluence law and certain experimental parameters, and the pyrolysis process parameters wereoptimized, the pyrolysis yield rate of carbon as the only evaluation index, the optimumtechnology parameters of the samples. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Three kinds of straw from the elements, or from the industrial composition of numericalanalysis, the differences are very small,5kinds of livestock and poultry manure because of thedifferent feeding feed greatly, cause elements and industrial composition distribution hadsignificant differences. But after the pretreatment of straw and animal manure drying ofagricultural biomass thermochemical conversion technology is suitable for raw materials. Amongthem, Heilongjiang agricultural biomass is more suitable for the pyrolytic carbon materials, J.NNand DJ samples are tests and the three agricultural biomass pyrolytic carbon materials do notsuitable for raw materials.2. Weight loss of8kinds of agricultural biomass pyrolysis in northeast area common rulesare basically the same, when the temperature reached600℃, have been completedpyrolysis,pyrolysis biochar is divided into water evaporation (room temperature-125℃), thepreheating stage (125-220℃), the stage of devolatilization (220-415℃), pyrolytic carbonaccumulation (415-600℃) the four stage.3. Grain change pyrolysis on8material yield rate of carbon has a positive effect, reduce thesample size to increase the yield of pyrolysis carbon plays an important role, the heating rateincreased from15℃/min to20℃/min,8kinds of biomass pyrolysis carbon was positivelyinfluence. Increased from20℃/min to25℃/min,30℃and/min, the effects of different kindsof biomass pyrolytic carbon was completely different,no effect of different trends ofcarbonization temperature on the TG and DTG curves, only on the pyrolysis carbon rateinfluence. With the gradual increase of pyrolysis carbonization temperature, carbon ratedecreased.4. Agricultural biomass materials have the same region or the same species, in obtaining the optimal process parameters on the forming regularity is not completely consistent, most sampleswith sixth orthogonal experiment, the experimental parameters of A3B2C1combination is the bestprocess parameters of pyrolytic carbon, the optimized process, the sample of pyrolytic carbonrate are improved greatly: the highest pyrolysis H. RJ carbon was25.94%, in all the sampleshave the lowest rate of pyrolysis carbon H.YM, the highest pyrolysis carbon rate was41.72%, inall the samples have the highest rate of pyrolytic carbon.
