| The pyrolysis of biomass was studied with the fir bits. The result of the pyrolysis indicated that if the intention was oil then the best pyrolysis temperature was about 550℃, where was gas the pyrolysis temperature was about 800℃. Component of the oil was jolly complex, content of the H2 and CO2in the gas were affect by the pyrolysis temperature obviously , but the CnH2n+2 and CO were affect by the temperature less. Thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to study the mass loss of biomass at different heating rate (10℃/min, 20℃/min, 30℃/min) under nitrogen atmosphere. The analysis result of the TG and DTG curve showed that, pyrolysis of the biomass could divide into two obvious phase, the heating rate influenced the initiative temperature and the temperature range of pyrolysis, Enhance of the heating rate was propitious to the pyrolysis of biomass. Pyrolysis of biomass was divided into two obvious phase, nine typical functions was simulated with the method of Li Chung-Hsiung, compared their correlation coefficient and standard deviation, finally, confirmed the furthest capable function with the method of Malek. Result showed the function G ( α ) =1-(1- α )~1/2could describe the two phase , also gained the activation energy E and pre-exponential factor A according to the simulated result. |
