Forests are the main body of the terrestrial ecosystems. Our country is lack of forest resources which is extremely precious. At the same time, our country is also a forest fire prone areas, according to statistics, in recent years. There are more than700000times forest fire have occurred and39million hectares forest has been destroyed, killing33000people. And hundreds of billions of RMB have been cost in economic damage from forest fire. Because of the complexity, the uncertainty and danger of the forest fire, coupled with the forest fire extinguishing equipment is backward in our country, the firefighters are close to the fire to extinguish in many times, this is very dangerous. The forest burning must be three elements:fuel, air, and temperature. Extinguishing forest fires, it only needs to control one of the factors to put out the fire. Using the sand to extinguish the fire can control the combustion of the three elements, and also can protect the fire extinguisher, so the development of the equipment has very important practical significance.I studied the Fire Fighting Vehicles’soil sampling and smashing device in this thesis, put forward to the design scheme, and compared with the existing schemes to choose the best design scheme. Then I determined the soil sampling device’s working parameters based on the design requirements and the best design scheme, by comparing the way forward and reverse rotary-cut. The reverse rotary-cut is more advantageous to throw the soil. Rotary-cut knife is the key component of the soil sampling device, so two requirements of the rotary-cut knife design are put forward, design rotary cutter blade curve by the design requirements. At last, studying and analyzing the throwing soil characteristics of sampling device and establishing the mathematical model, then using MATLAB to draw up the throwing soil characteristics Fig.In a reverse rotary cutting mode, the collision between clods and baffle was studied, building a mathematical model for the state. Then, the data was input MATLAB to simulation. Analyzed the relationship between parameters,consisting the data of baffle structure and its the position, and the soil sampling device work effect, compare the post collision trajectories of the thrown clod between the plane baffle and curved baffle. Eventually find out the curved baffle is much better.
