With the continuous cultivation of land,vast farmland and greenhouse,soil compaction is serious,resistance is increasing,and the bottom of the plough becomes hard,crisp and contains a lot of root knot nematodes.In order to solve the pest,a large number of pesticide use,in the soil enrichment,the impact on the environment is more serious.Normal rotary rotary tillage depth is 12-16 cm,so the traditional rotary tiller of the soil cannot meet the deep needs,can not solve the problem of pests in soil line.In this paper,as the research object of fine rotary flame insecticidal,through the theoretical design innovation of fine rotary insecticidal flame.The design includes the size design of the whole machine,the parameter size of the rotary tillage cutter,the arrangement of the blades,the checking of the strength of the cutter shaft,the selection and energy consumption of each component,and the modal analysis and static analysis of the rotary tillage cutter.With the wide application of finite element technology,design technology of the traditional method can not meet the requirements of the development of modern technology and economy,the finite element analysis technique for flame modeling and fine insecticidal rotary cultivator cutter based on statics.In the modal analysis of tool setting,the main research is whether the resonance in the working process of the tool will cause the crack and fracture of the tool.This paper compares traditional rotary tiller to compare the effect of tillage,soil vegetable cultivation and by comparing the experimental prototype of the treated soil and treated the traditional rotary tiller.The simulation results show that the rotary blade will work properly and no fault occurs.In the static analysis tool,we can see the broken nail static stress is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the mounting hole,the stress mainly red area in the figure,the front end by changing the broken nail knife,make it become more sharp can see red areas in the images is reduced,so change the width of the tip is conducive to soil cutting.By changing the shape of the scraper,it can be seen that the colored area is reduced,and the corresponding region of the static stress of the scraper is reduced,so the change is favorable.In the actual test of the prototype,the actual depth of rotary tillage reached 20-25 cm,and the soil breaking rate reached 80%.On the soil treatment effect,it can be seen clearly that the celery grown in the treated soil is better than the traditional one.In this paper,through the actual production and the traditional fine flame contrast insecticidal rotary rotary tiller,suggested that production cost of celery decreased by 300 yuan,per mu yield increased 917kg.
