With the increasing shrinking of the breeding waters and aggravation ofmarine pollution, the limitations of traditional farming patterns appear gradually.Compared to traditional farming model, the factory recirculating aquaculture, withadvantages such as water saving, land saving, controllable emission and highlyintensification is not only the most advanced farming model currently but also animportant direction for the development of future aquaculture. Technology of factoryrecirculating aquaculture of group, such as Epinephelus lanceolatu, is relativelymature. However, research for Epinephelus fuscoguttatus×Epinepheluslanceolatu is uncommon in our country as it is a new hybrid variety. The study, basedon the analyzation of major domestic recirculating aquaculture system,constructed asuitable one for Epinephelus fuscoguttatus×Epinephelus lanceolatu, anddiscussed its function of processing water and the growth and biologicalcharacteristics of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus×Epinephelus lanceolatu throughexperiment. In recirculating aquaculture systems, sterilization is rather important. Andozone, as a kind of materials for high-quality water purification and disinfection, hasbeen used more and more widely nowadays. However, the application of ozone inrecirculating aquaculture systems may bring in some side effects. The study optimizedthe ozone system through test in order to reduce these side effects. This work wasfinancially supported by the public sector (agriculture) research for special project of"fishery energy saving key technology research and development of major equipment.This paper consists of seven parts:Chapter I summarized the recirculating aquaculture system, analysis the currentsituation and prospect of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus×Epinephelus lanceolatu, putsforward the purpose and significance of this paper.Chapter II is ozone system optimization test. The results showed when the ORP is550mv, the fish activity began to decline; when the ORP is600mv, and the fish didnot eat at all; when the ORP is650mv, all the fish dead. When the ORP is500mv,24hafter treatment, the removal rate of NH4+-N、NO2--N form36.5%and28.1%to14.2% and8.4%, Bacteria survival rate from84.2%to43.2%; when the ORP is550mv,4hafter treatment, the removal rate of NH4+-N、NO2--N form47.5%and32.1%to5.0%and3.3%, Bacteria survival rate from81.8%to31.5%.Chapter III is the recirculating aquaculture system for Epinephelusfuscoguttatus×Epinephelus lanceolatu. Elaborated the daily management of thebreeding mode, including RAS water treatment process in Tianjin Haifa,RAS watertreatment process e in Tsingtao Tongyong, RAS water treatment process in YantaiTianyuan and RAS water treatment process in Tsingtao Senmiao.Chapter IV is the growth characteristics and the water quality change of the system.The results showed, the relationship between body length and weight ofEpinephelus fuscoguttatus×Epinephelus lanceolatu is y=0.0082x3.2089, R2=0.9597.The index b=3.2089±0.0036, by t test and b=3.0significant difference (P <0.05), arefast-growing long; in the process of system operation, the removal rate of NH4+-N、NO2--N、COD are47.3%、26.7%、33.5%, the NH4+-N、NO2--N、COD after processingare0.21mg/L、0.02mg/L、0.96mg/L. Treated water qualifies for farmed fish, and nodramatic change in the operation of8months.Chapter V is the economic analysis of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus×Epinephelus lanceolatu in the recirculating aquaculture. Results show that in sixdifferent breeding varieties(aquatic water is786m3), translate the profit per unit time(year), pearl gentian has the highest annual earnings, for5.119million Yuan/year,followed by a saddle with grouper, for3.295million Yuan/year, the third for redgrouper, for2.54million Yuan/year; Translate the yield per unit weight (kg), pearlgentian highest profit margins per unit of production, at69.5%, followed by a halfsmooth tongue sole, at68.0%, the third is the red grouper, at65.2%.Chapter VI of the full text summary, and put forward some suggestions for futureresearch and outlook.
