Antibiotic occupies an extremely important position in human and animal production of life, whether human or animal cannot do without the use of antibiotics. In recent years, due to the rapid development of the poultry industry, however, driven by interests, some farmers use drug blindly, make chicken source of the emergence of bacterial resistance is more and more serious, problem of the bacterial drug resistance has become a major threat to the clinical anti infection treatment of livestock and poultry, the rational use of antimicrobial drugs to reduce drug resistance and take effective measures to control the spread of increasingly important. Escherichia coli as the dominant bacteria in the bacteria, at present a lot of research has been reported about bacteria and Escherichia coli, chicken source detection and prevention of drug resistance of different antibiotics and individual of resistance genes.For the drug resistance of bacteria and Escherichia coli found in Harbin a chicken source bacillus, and provide reference for the prevention of disease and reasonable, to effectively reduce bacteria and Escherichia coli resistance and puts forward the corresponding measures. This study collected data from the chicken disease, isolation and identification of bacteria culture and cultivation of Escherichia coli.50strains of Escherichia coli to bacteria and isolated the minimal inhibitory concentrations of ertapenem, ampicillin, slime molds, peptide, cefoxitin, tobramycin, ceftazidime, cefotaxime, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, cefepime, imipenem, meropenem, Amikacin, tetracycline, tigecycline, nitrofurantoin, piperacillln, aztreonam18kinds of antibiotics were determined by micro dilution method, according to the CLSI standard to judge its resistance; detection of14drug resistance genes of tetracyclines, macrolides, quinolones and beta lactam etc. According to the results of drug resistance and drug resistance genes, the prevention of experimental. The results show that:1. The total bacteria has strong resistance to12kinds of antibiotics, the most sensitive drugs for quinolone ciprofloxacin; total bacteria exist the phenomenon of multiple drug resistance, there is no single antibiotic resistant bacteria. Detection of tetracycline, macrolides, beta from total bacterial plasmid DNA lactam and transposon resistance gene10.2. Of Escherichia coli isolated from18kinds of antibiotics were different degrees of resistance, imipenem resistant to ampicillin, ciprofloxacin resistance rate was the lowest; the second, Amikacin. Multi drug resistant strains between6-9kinds of drug resistance, multidrug resistant strains accounted for94%.3. Out of a total of6resistance genes tetA, tetC, ermC, blaCTX-M, intI and blaNDM-1for the detection of Escherichia coli. Detected with tetA positive strains, detected with blaNDM-1positive strains the least; resistance gene were concentrated in3strains detected6resistance genes; the ratio of minimum.4. After the use of ciprofloxacin lactate and Amikacin chicken powder, the total incidence rate lower than the previous two years48.1%, Escherichia coli disease incidence rate is about95.6%lower than the previous two years.In summary, the Chicken Escherichia coli strains are resistant to many antibiotics, and there are a lot of multi drug resistance and multiple drug resistance gene. Make the field of preventive medication, obtained the ideal preventive effect. The results not only for the rational use of antimicrobial drugs, effective control of bacterial diseases, but also to reduce the Escherichia coli resistance and laid a theoretical foundation for transfer.
