Potato(Solanum tuberosum) is one of the important crops of Solanaceae, perennial herbaceous plants, which has drought resistance ability, high and stable yield, wide adaptability, abundant nutrients, and has been attracting the attention of the breeding and pathologists. At present, our country has the largest potato planting area in the world, and heilongjiang provinceis is one of the major production areas in the north of our country. Due to the special geography of heilongjiang province, harvest potatoes need to pit for a long time storage, and potato dry rot is the main fungus diseases endangering quality traits and grain yield at potato storage period, over the years, people still have not find an effective prevention and treatment, and it has become a bottleneck restricting the development of potato industry. This study useed the main pathogenic bacteria F.avenaceum and F.culmorum to infect potato main cultivation variety of heilongjiang province, K1and Atlantic using tissue, biochemistry and molecular biology methods to research the interaction mechanism of potato and Fusarium spp. which reveals interaction mechanism of potato and Fusarium spp., and provide theory basis for scientific prevention and control of potato Fusarium diseases, and breeding and cultivation potato varieties with broad-spectrum resistance. The main results were as follows:1) F.avenaceum and F.culmorum infection could lead to dry rot symptoms. F.culmorum showsed stronger infection on potato tuber, and K1had stronger resistance than the Atlantic potato.2) Anatomical observation showed that the pathogen infected among the cell wall, and the number of starch grains in potato tuber significantly decreased in the process of infection. Ultrastructural observation showed that K1cell damaged in the process of pathogen infection process relating to the Atlantic showed hysteresis, Intrusion period of K1was1d-2d, and infection period was4d; Invasion period of Atlantic was12h-1d, and infection period was3d-4d.3) The research of Physiological and biochemical characteristics on potato tuber infected by F.avenaceum and F.culmorum showed that the contents of soluble protein and MDA, the activity of SOD, POD, chitinase and (3-1,3-glucanase showed a trend of rising. Higher soluble protein content and SOD, POD and chitinase activity canould be a important disease-resistant physical sign of potato resisting sickle mellea.4) StLTPal gene expression was positively correlated with F.avenaceum infection, while gene expression of StLTPa1had larger volatility by F.culmorum infection.
