Due to in herbicide use technology, cultivation techniques of change and biological characteristics of the weeds, accelerate the mutant frequency of weed resistant herbicide. This paper focuses on the distribution of weeds in paddy field in Jilin province, studies on resistance characteristic and its prevention and control measures.Survey results show that Jilin province paddy field resistant weeds that occur in major Echinochloa oryzicola, Leersia orygoides L.(SW) and weedy rice. Among them, the resistance of Echinochloa oryzicola range is greater, occurs in the main rice regions. Invasive weeds-Leersia orygoides L.(SW) widespread occurrence in Yanbian area. Weedy rice sporadic occurs in Yanbian, Songyuan, Tonghua segments rice regions.Resistance characteristics of test results, exists on the Quiclorac, Cyhalofop-butyl, Penoxsulam and Bensulfuron-methyl resistant different resistant ecotype. A seeds and roots regenerated seeds on Cyhalofop-butyl, Penoxsulam and Bensulfuron-methyl are characterized by resistance, Quiclorac control on seeds a better effect, but Quiclorac to its roots regenerated seeds of plant control and weight control only0and46.3%. At present, the herbicides are difficult to control weedy rice.ALS activity analysis results showed that Penoxsulam inhibition ALS activity is60.5%for resistance (mid-resistance) Echinochloa oryzicola, inhibition rate of over85%for susceptible Echinochloa oryzicola. Bensulfuron-methyl inhibition ALS enzyme activity is below43%for resistance Echinochloa oryzicola, inhibition rate is over84%for susceptible Echinochloa oryzicola.Used to replace other different mechanism and ways to target herbicides, on resistance of Echinochloa oryzicola to good effect. Rake in the fall is effective in control Leersia orygoides L.(SW). Autumn irrigation on weedy rice can achieve good results.
