In this paper, the clones of primary seed orchard and its progeny families of three Masson pine in Guangxi Nanning forestry science Institute, Tengxian Damangjie, Guigangqingtang forestry centre as the object of study, determined resin productivity, growth, morphological character and index of resin material; analyzed clones, family levels of the traits of genetic variation and selection gain; researched the index of resin material of clones and resin yield properties of parental generation; evaluated high yield of clones and family of Masson pine; provided a reasonable scientific basis for directional cultivation of Masson pine high resin yield, both resin and property, and high economic value of pine resin components.Three locations of differences of clones was significant. There was a significant interaction of clones between location. Environmental and genetic variation coefficient of resin production increased with the age increasing. Genetic control of growth rate was higher than the proportion of environmental factors. The genetic gain of resin production was32.33%-39.40%,the broad sense heritability was0.645%-0.803%. The clone index of resin material between locations and clones all reached significant differences; Location and clone interaction was’t significant; Variance components and variation coefficient of index of resin material were in the large differences; The same index was consistent between each location; The content of the indicators were mainly controlled by genetic. The genetic gain of resin production was14.56%-36.55%,the broad sense heritability was37.98%-77.76%.Through the direct selection of elliotinoic acid, levopimaric acid and oil content index, the genetic gain can be obtained. Through dehydroabietic, selection effect index was relatively poor on abietic acid, neoabietic acid, Chang Ye pine acid and non saponification value. The broad sense heritability of pimaric acid, isopimaric acid, levopimaric acid, abietic acid composition and oil content resin acid value was greater than0.55%. They were suffered moderate and strong genetic control, could be chose as the main index of resin material.The DBH, resin productivity and volume in the family level was significant. The property of group and family interaction were not significant. In the heritability of families, DBH>volume>resin producing>straightness>crown area. The genetic variation coefficients of each property were higher than that of the phenotypic variation coefficient. Resin production, volume and DHB were above moderate genetic control.Resin production between phenotypic and genetic correlation were significant in the inter annual. And the genetic correlation was greater than the phenotypic correlation. The relationship between each property and resin production whether phenotypic correlation and genetic correlation were significantly different. the correlation coefficient ranged from0.5479to0.7046Growth and tree properties on the production of resin for indirect selection efficiency were mostly more than0.50.Resin productivity and index of resin material were significant different, also each index of resin materials’phenotypic and genetic relation.The relation between resin productivity and conjugated bond of pimaric type resin acid, physical index of phenotypic and genetic correlation at each location reached a positive extremely significant correlation. The phenotypic and genetic correlation between resin productivity and non conjugated bond of abietic acid and neoabietic acid was significant. The indirect efficiency of resin productivity to each index of resin material is11.79%-81.06%; Genetic correlation gain is27.52%-86.08%Resin production capacity between parent and child are closely related, the coefficient of determination was r=0.664. Genetic correlation tightness of Resin production with DBH, volume and crown area was DBH>volume>crown area. According to10%selection rate, DBH efficiency value up to88.91%when resin production was selected indirectly. Genetic gain of crown area of indirect selection was second, the value was84.73%. The efficiency of straightness indirect selection was lowest, only15.57%According to the20%selection rate, used Bulykin multi comprehensive evaluation method, clones selected in three location are E1:553、288、156、120.130.228、144、201、564.115、215; E2:131.149、143、138、105、182、130、142、119、185、132;E3:248、149、321、338、251、210、241、161、122、103、204。 Clones are excellent only at E1and E2location were E1:173、178、151、132、215、152、153; E2:108、176.187、107、132、145、163。 Clones are excellent only at E1and E3location were E1:287.139、106、180、224、137、204、233; E3:253、276、235、343、169.163.292.110。Clones are excellent only at E2and E3location were E2:181.113、140、103; E3:203.174、219、127.Selection index equation based on resin production of restricted selection index and the first20family are56、54、33、6、3、42、40、51、23、16、15、20、29、13、7、12、14、25、26. The improved effects were17.2867%,13.9435%,20.2019%,10.2231%compared with comparison.Selection index equation based on cooperation of resin production and volume of restricted selection index and the first20family are54,33,56,6,42,3,40,23,52,20,15,16,29,14,12,7,13,32,26,25.The improved effects were19.2521%,15.7147%,18.9806%,12.1525%,8.8328%, compared with comparison.
