Study About The Effects Of Fertilization And Pruning On Quality And Yield Of Phuc Trach Pomelo

PhucTrach pomelo is famous varieties in Vietnam, is a national varieties and grown in many parts of Vietnam, especially grown more in Huong Khe district of Ha Tinh Province. But in recent years, yield and quality of Phuc Trach pomelo have declined. Many previously produced good orchard, and now the result of the emergence of the phenomenon of instability, leading to decreased productivity. In order to restore and develop Phuc Trach pomelo, this paper on the current capacity of the land, climate, farming practices and cultivation techniques to assess some of the analysis and testing, to the adoption of fertilization, pruning, thinning and other cultivation measures to improve the Phuc Trach yield and quality. The main results are as follows:1. The yield and quality of Phuc Trach pomelo in Huong Khe district decline was due to: the level of management and cultivation techniques farmers use fertilizers worse, simple methods such as irrigation, weeding is not frequent, small farmers cultivating technology knowledge, most orchards are serious pests, orchard farmers have no effect pest control measures.2. Fertilization experiment results:Phuc Trach pomelo grown in the two alluvial and river alluvial soil fertilization to promote the growth of Phuc Trach pomelo spring shoots, spring shoots length longer than the control treatment, the difference between the two fertilizer treatments was not significant, but in the longer spring shoots along the alluvial soil of pomelo grapefruit ancient alluvial soil than spring shoots long. Fertilization experiments of PhucTrach pomelo on flowering little effect, but fertilization can make Phuc Trach pomelo fruits setting rate steady advance and improve their fruit setting rate, increased fruit weight and improve yields. From the economic point of view, fertilization treatments can significantly improve revenue Phuc Trach pomelo.3. Pruning experiment results:Pruning experiments while at the base1and base2launch, showed similar results in both base pruning effect.
