Pinghemiyou Pomeloflesh can be eated, we also can make full use of functioncomposition in Pinghemiyou Pomelo peel to research and debelop some green healthfoods, such as refreshment, preserves and so on. There are a large amount of activecompounds in pomelo peel, such as flavonoid, essential oils, alkaloids, pigment andso on. Studies show that flavomoid had the functions of anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and clear the free radicals, in recent years. This research discussedflavonoid content differences in three Pinghemiyou Pomelo strains by determiningfruit active compounds in three Pinghemiyou Pomelo strains (GuanximiyouPomeloand, red flesh Pinghemiyou Pomeloand, red sponge layer PinghemiyouPomelo), and the quantitative and qualitative analyses in eleven flavonoids of threeGuanximiy Pomelo strains peel and flesh were conducted by HPLC. The aim was tooffer technical support for milti-purpose use of Pinghemiyou Pomelo. The primaryresults were as follows:1Estabilsh the method of analyse flavonoids and phenolic acids of PinghemiyouPomelo HPLCThis article had edtablished the method of analyse flavonids and phenolic acidsof Pinghemiyou Pomelo HPLC: The research was performed on MerckLichrospher-100RP18e (250mm×4.0mm,5μm) columm.The temperature of columnwas30℃. The mobile phase contained acetic acid(2%) and acetonitrile. The HPLCwas subjected to gradient elution.The flow rate was1.0mL/min and the jijectedbolume was10μL.The detection wavelength was set at280nm. The detection resultshowed that: eleven flavonoids and phenolic acids compounds of three guanximiypomelo strains peel and flesh could be completely separated in the liner rage of0μg/mL to50μg/mL.2The analysis study of flavanone and flavonol content in guanximiy pomeloIt was learned out that naringin, hesoeridin and rutin content in peel were ratherhigh: naringin content in Guanximiyou Pomelo peel was the highest and steadiest.hesoeridin content in red flesh Pinghemiyou Pomelo peel was the highest,but not as steady as it in Guanximiyou Pomelo peel. rutin content in red sponge layerPinghemiyou Pomelo peel was the highest, also not as steady as it in GuanximiyouPomelo peel. naringin, hesoeridin and rutin content in flesh were higher than otherflavonoids in flesh, so we can know that Pinghemiyou Pomelowas the bestantioxidant fruit. Other flavanones and flavonols content in flesh and peel had a lowlevel.3The analysis study of phenolic acid content in guanximiy pomeloChlorogenic acid was the highest phenols in pinghemiyou ponelo, caffeic acid,p-coumaric acid, sinapic acid contents were next, ferulic acid was lowest. Besidessinapic acid, the difference of the other four kinds of phenlic acids content in peel andflesh was quite big, theirs contents in peel were significantly greater than those inflesh. Because Chlorogeinc acid was hydrolyzed largely, caffeic acid content in fleshand peel appeared upward tendency during storage period.4The study of fruit quality of Pinghemiyou Pomeloduring storage periodThe total soluble solid state material content in flesh decreased after an initialincrease in storage. At45days after harvest, flesh acidic was the most serious, fleshacidic severity could be ordered as Guanximiyou Pomelo flesh>red sponge layerPinghemiyou Pomelo flesh>red flesh Pinghemiyou Pomelo flesh. The protein contentchange in flesh was smooth, the contents could always be ordered as GuanximiyouPomelo flesh>red flesh Pinghemiyou Pomelo flesh>red sponge layer PinghemiyouPomelo flesh. The total soluble sugars content in flesh declined insignificantly instorage, and the contents remain at the equal level among Pinghemiyou Pomelo fleshstrains. The dropping scope of chlorophyll content was big. and the dropping scope ofcarotenoid content in red fresh Pinghemiyou Pomelo exocarp was small.In the optimum HPLC condition, the chromatograms of the mixed sample offructose, glucose and sucrose and flesh sample were very good, and the sample peakswere separated well. The linear relation between peak area and concentration of thesethree kinds of soluble sugars in the liner rage were good. The contents of fructose,glucose and sucrose in flesh were deceased gradually. The contents of the three kindsof soluble sugars could be ordered as fructose>sucrose>glucose, and the contents of soluble sugars had no obvious difference among strains.
