1. Control effect of9pesticides on tomato root-knot nematode were tested by pot experiment. The results showed that application of10%lythidathion (GR)22.5kg/ha had better control effect on tomato root-knot nematode than other treatments. The control effect of nematode and root gall was88.30%and71.05%respectively at70days after inoculation. And then was the application of0.5%avermectin(GR), its control effect of nematode and root gall0.5%avermectin(GR)45kg/ha was82.15%and57.89%respectively.2. Toxicity assay of7pesticides on Meloidogne incongnita egg and second stage junvenil(J2) were studied. The results showed that the order of toxicity was lythidathion> emamectin benzoate> avermectin. The LC50value of the three pesticides for egg sacs was27.22μg/ml,29.34μg/ml and61.67μg/ml respectively. The LC50for J2was22.26μg/ml,42.48μg/ml and42.67μg/ml.3. Influence of6kinds of fertilizer on population of Meloidogne incongnita was studied by the pot experiment. The results showed the application of chicken manure1800kg/ha significantly decreased root-knot nematode population at70days after inoculation, and the control effect of nematode and root gall was78.24%and57.89%respectively, and the average height of tomato plant was102.16cm.150kg/ha Tea-bran was also decreased root knot nematode population, the control effect of nematode and root gall was79.04%and44.75%respectively, and the average height of tomato plant was95.25cm.4. Control effect of mixture of lythidathion and avermectin with different fertilizer on tomato root-knot nematode was conducted by the pot experiment. The results indicated that lythidathion and avermectin mixed with different ratio of Lime nitrogen, Compound fertilizer, Tea-bran and Chicken manure showed synergistic effect, lythidathion and avermectin mixed with Peanut residue showed a antagonistic effect. Among all the treatment, application of22.5kg/ha lythidathion mixed with450kg/ha Tea-bran showed much better control effect on Meloidogne incongnita than the other treatment. The control effect of nematode and root gall was95.31%and90.38%respectively at70days after inoculation, the average height of tomato plant was102.58cm.5. The control effect of different application methods of lythidathion and avermectin mixed with Tea-bran and Compound fertilizer on Meloidogne incongnita was studied by the pot experiment. The results showed that two times application of Pesticide-fertilizer had better control effect than one time. Application of Pesticide-fertilizer one time at5days before transplant had significant control effect than other treatments.
