The Research On The Application Of Biological Nematicides On Green-house Tomato Root Knot Nematode And Plant Growth Promotion In Different Dosage

With the development of vegetables production in greenhouse, all sorts of diseases and insect pests increase, especially root knot nematode diseases, which become more and more severe in vegetable cultivation. The excavation of high quality, high efficiency, no pollution root knot nematodes control methods became an important research content, domestic and overseas. The paper was to study the effect of three kinds of biological nematicides on controlling the root knot nematode diseases and on growth and yield of potted tomato, so as to determine the best combination of biological nematicides. The experimental results are as follows:1. Handled the soil with three kinds of biological nematicides, the soil root knot nematodes happened seriously. The results showed that application of No. 2 biological nematicides was the best, for whith the yield weight of all treatment were higher at the dosage of 6.5 g.In the No. 1 biological nematicides treatment, the yield weight increase with the dosage increase,and were the highest at the dosage of 6.5 g. The No. 1 biological nematicides and the No. 2 biological nematicides, the yields enhanced.2. Compared with the blank test, the treatment all can improve the growth rate of tomato plants. Plant height, stem diameter, leaf number and the content of chlorophyll and NPK were significantly better than not applying biological nematicides treatment. The No. 1 biological nematicides were the most obvious at the dosage of 6.5 g, also the No. 1 biological nematicides at the dosage of 4.5 g and the No. 2 biological nematicides at the dosage of 6.5 g were the more obvious.3. Compared with the blank test, the treatment all can improve the fruit quality of tomato. The No. 1 biological nematicides were the most obvious at the dosage of 6.5 g, the No. 2 biological nematicides can also can improve the fruit quality of tomato obviously.4. Biological nematicides treatment is effective for the control of root knot nematodes. Compared with the blank test, the treatment all can reduce the number of nematodes in all periods of soil. The No. 1 biological nematicides were the strongest role in the control of root knot nematodes, when the dosage of 6.5 g. The No. 1 biological nematicides at the dosage of 4.5 g and the No. 2 biological nematicides at the dosage of 6.5 g were the stronger. In the No. 1 biological nematicides treatment, the efficacy enhanced with the dosage increase. However, the efficacy of No. 2 and No. 3 biological nematicides had no obvious gradient relationship with the change of dosage. The results of tomato root knot happening consistent with the number of soil nematodes.
