Currently, one of the main factors can limit etiological diagnosis of Brucellosis is that if we can isolate Brucella from the animal organs and tissues. To solve this problem, in this study, the test based on antigen-antibody binding specificity, establish dedication immunomagnetic separation and purification method for Brucella, and preliminary evaluation and testing. The method can isolate Brucella successfully from the bacterial concentration10cfu/ml in the sample, provides fast, reliable analysis of the material identified as Brucella typing, provide more efficient and accurate results of analysis of the brucellosis epidemic and traceable, provide strong evidence for the prevention and control of brucellosis,Brucellosis widely distribute in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,in order to better work on the prevention and control of brucellosis,In this research, through the live epidemiology and risk analysis of Inner Mongolia Chayouhouqi, Keyouzhongqi and Linxi resident population brucellosis patients, control population, explore the brucellosis disease risk factors in patients and the main factors influencing the early detection of cases, the standard treatment for patients. The results:Inner Mongolia after years of brucellosis prevention and control, currently major risk factors of Brucellosis infection have changed perhaps.Bengal plate agglutination test is the primary method of screening for brucellosis in our country, the method has high sensitivity, but low specificity. This thesis intends to investigate the dilution by bengal plate agglutination test results correlated with the tube agglutination test results, improves the traditional rose bengal plate agglutination method. The results:Dilution bengal plate agglutination test results and tube agglutination test results have a strong correlation, when the cutoff value of dilution bengal plate agglutination test is1:2has the highest sensitivity and specificity, the method can provide a reference for brucellosis diagnosis.
