Rana amurensis,Amphibia,Anura,Ranidae,Rana,is an important economic biological. In this study, the tadpoles of Rana amurensis were used as experimental animals, the method of the HE staining、the Grimelius Argyrophil Staining technique、the ABCimmunohistochemical technique,to study the post-embryo development of digestive anddevelopment of endocrine cells,it aims to study the essential characteristics offormation, differentiation and development, and accumulate the basic data such as thedevelopment, artificial breeding of Rana amurensis and embryonic development of thedigestive system in other vertebrate, the results as follows:①The length of digestive tract increased gradually from16.0mm at stage27to45.0mm at stage38,and dropped suddenly to17.0mm in the metamorphosis proeess. The shape was similar to adult frog at stage46.②The digestive tract of the wall was according to the mucous epithelium, muscle, lamina propria, submucosa, muscularis mucosa and adventitia of developing sequenceappear. The digestive tract of the adult had the four layers: mueosa, submueosa, muscular layer and adventitia.③Argentaffine cells were first appeared between mucous epithelial cells in thestomach at stage41. The argentaffine cells were first observed in the small intestine atstage42. Not detected in colorectal. With the development of the gastrointestinal tract, the location and shape are different between alveolar epithelial cells distributed betweenthe mucosal epithelium, or the basal part, And the shape of the argentaffine cells weremainly round, ellipse and cone-shape.④The5-HT positive cells were first found in the stomach at stage38,and firstfound in the Small and large intestine at stage41.With the development of thegastrointestinal tract, the location and shape of the5-HT cells were changed a lot, between the mucosal epithelium, the basal part or the between alveolar epithelial cells. And the shape were mainly round, ellipse, cone-shape and shuttle-shaped.Conclusion:①With the development of tadpoles, the gastrointestinal tract isperfecting,it relate to digestion and absorption of food.②Speculation the occurs time of argentaffine cells relate to eat and growth. The location and shape relate to function of endocrine.③The occurs time of5-HT cells, the location and shape were conformable withneeds of growth, the function of5-HT and the function of each segment of thegastrointestinal tract.
