This paper preliminary studies the influence of different carbon sources on thebioflocs cultivation, and the application of the different bioflocs in shrimp aquaculturetechnology. Mainly discussed (1) Cultivation and screening study of growthpromoting function bioflocs on Litopenaeus vannamei;(2) Cultivation and screeningphysiological health function of bioflocs of Litopenaeus vannamei;(3) Research andapplication of bioflocs zero water exchange system in Litopenaeus vannameiaquaculture. The main results were as follows:1Cultivation and screening study of growth promoting function bioflocs onLitopenaeus vannameiThis study aimed to investigate the effects of adding different carbon sources onthe formation, nutrition composition, extracellular enzyme activity of biofloc and theenzymes and growth of Litopenaeus vannamei by fostering biofloc. Lay thetheoretical foundation to cultivate and functional biofloc as functional biofloc inshrimp digestion and growth. The experiment was divided into two parts: addingdifferent carbon sources on the formation, nutrition composition, and extracellularenzyme activity of biofloc; adding different carbon sources on the enzymes andgrowth of Litopenaeus vannamei by fostering biofloc. This experiment by addingdifferent organic carbon source formulation to aquaculture, cultivate the differentfunctions of the biofloc formation, velocity, by measuring the amount of bioflocformation, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and other indicators of water quality, biological floc nutritional components, extracellular enzyme activity index andLitopenaeus vannamei on digestive enzyme activity of shrimp and growthperformance, the different organic carbon sources on the formation, formulation, thebio floc nutrient composition content, extracellular enzyme activity and Litopenaeusvannamei digestive enzyme activity and growth performance has important influence. 2Cultivation and screening physiological health function of bioflocs ofLitopenaeus vannameiThis study aimed to investigate the effects of adding different carbon sources onthe formation active ingredient of biofloc and the physical health of Litopenaeusvannamei by fostering biofloc. Lay the theoretical foundation to cultivate andfunctional biofloc as functional biofloc in shrimp healthy growth. Experimentalcultivation of different function by different organic carbon source formulation of thebiofloc, through the functional biofloc farmed Litopenaeus vannamei, through thedetermination of water quality index, biological flocculation active substances andLitopenaeus vannamei immune activity and antioxidant activity index, to explore theeffects of different carbon sources on the content of active substance formulabiological floc and Litopenaeus vannamei shrimp immune and antioxidant activity.3Research and application of bioflocs zero water exchange system inLitopenaeus vannamei aquacultureThis paper studied the biofloc technology application in the culture system inLitopenaeus vannamei zero water exchange. Experimental set-up for the twotreatment groups: biofloc+100%feeding group, biofloc+75%feeding group, each group set up2parallel groups. The results show that: by adding carbon source L.vannamei pond biofloc precipitation showed a gradual upward trend, inthe experiment of40-80days biofloc settlement had no significantdifference (P>0.05), and maintain the stability of the state, the experimental groupof L. vannamei biofloc pond TAN and NO2--N increased firstly and then a downwardtrend, respectively, reached a maximum value at30day,50day, and all the waterquality indexes meet the healthy shrimp growth requirements; the numberof heterotrophic bacteria and Vibrio is gradually increasing, and the100%feeding and feeding the2experimental groups close to75%. The number ofeach experimental group, L. vannamei blood cell plasma antibacterial, bacteriolyticand plasma, liver and pancreas of T-AOC, SOD, GSH activity and GSH/GSSG in theculture changes with time was not significant (P>0.05), the numberof biofloc farmed L. vannamei blood cells100% feeding group>75%feeding group, antibacterial, no obvious differencesbetween bacteriolytic activity (P>0.05), and plasma T-AOC, SOD activity were75%feeding group>100%feeding group, the difference of GSH activity andGSH/GSSG was not significant, no significant differences were found in allthe antioxidant index of each experimental group hepatopancreas. Reduce feeding onbiofloc farmed L. vannamei biological body length, body weight and aquacultureproduction were not significantly different (P>0.05);75%and100%feedinggroups bait bait coefficient were1.1,1.4, respectively, profit2789and3141yuan per667m2, the input-out put ratio is1:2.16,1:2.52,respectively. Thus, adding organiccarbon source to foster biofloc, can control the quality effectively, and thebiofloc farmed L. vannamei in reducing feeding conditions can basically keepthe physiological normal level of health, reduce the feed coefficient, ratio of input andoutput, improve farming profits, create L.vannamei biofloc healthy breeding modecleaner.
