Water is a significant resource in the natural resources which human beings life and civil development rely on and also it is a foundation of the development of economy. With the intense pollution of water and deteriorate of environment, the amount of all kinds of water recourses is decreasing. But the society cannot develop without water resource. Therefore the need for water is actually growing. So it is very important that reallocate the limited water resource to optimize water within the departments who are using it and create a route that can balance environment, society and economy to develop sustainably.This thesis summarized some related definition of the optimization of water resource and expressed the current research of this area in the world at first. Then after lots of research of literature review, with a combination of857Farm’s natural environment, climate and rainfall, hydrology situation and the development of social economy, the optimization of water resource theory and model of857Farm was researched and proposed.Next, discuss about the water resource in857Farm with a combination of rainfall in order to estimate the rainfall during the rice growing period by using times series, then calculate the irrigating system and water need for irrigating in agriculture in the next two planed year (2015and2020).What’s more, evaluate the ground water under the farm to clarify the data of water quality and workable reserve of water in order to resolve the water supply later. And analyze the need and supply of water in the farm by addressing the estimation of water need, water supply, reserved water need to estimate the need of water in the next planed year by the means of quota method.On this basis, build a model to optimize water resource to magnify the interest of economy, society and ecology. To resolve the857Farm’s optimization model and make a comparison within those two according the profit by using genetic algorithm and muti-objective programming method combined with LINGO software. To achieve the optimization of water resource in857Farm and also is the objective of this thesis research.
