Water is the source of life and the important resource for human survival.With the rapid development of our country's economy and the improvement of people's living standard,The demand for fresh water is getting higher and higher,This makes the per capita possession of water resources at a lower level in the world,our country is facing more severe challenges,Because of the lack of the guidance of the concept of sustainable development for a long time,the contradiction between regional economic development,ecological economic protection and water resources utilization has become increasingly evident How to scientifically and rationally develop and utilize water resources according to the present situation of water resources and the strategic requirements of social and economic development has become a problem of water resources that need to be solved urgently?In this paper,the Fuyang River irrigation area of Hebei province in Handan city were studied.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)By summarizing the current research situation of the optimal allocation of water resources at home and abroad,the paper summarizes and combs the major water resources and water environment problems that need to be solved,and puts forward the idea of optimal allocation of water resources?(2)Taking Fuyang River irrigation optimal allocation of water resources is analyzed.Analysis of the main problems of water resources and water quality status quo and existing Fuyang is simplified according to the actual situation of the study area of water resources system,details of the routine method of water prediction of various industries,and by using the quota method of irrigation water demand of Fuyang 2020 planning years moderate water-saving conditions were predicted.Prediction of water demand level of 2020 years and water supply,and supply and demand analysis.(3)By adjusting the structure of agricultural water to water level of 2020 years to predict the optimal allocation model parameters were used to determine the optimal allocation of water resources system,provide a solution model function,obtain the optimal allocation results.
