This experiment based on lactobacillus acidophilus strains, To explore the influence of different culture medium on lactobacillus acidophilus, Different oligosaccharide on lactobacillus acidophilus growth promoting effect, Optimum dosage, and then under the optimum dosage, research different oligosaccharides separate and combined effect on lactobacillus acidophilus growth, At the same time will effect is obvious under the optimum concentration of oligosaccharides by lavage and free water effect to mice, for further inquiry. After adding oligosaccharide, different culture medium can promote the growth of lactobacillus acidophilus, Microbial proliferation effect of significant difference, the average increase is4.54×105cfu/mL, The average increases the amount of bacteria in the MRS medium is1.57×105cfu/mL。 Seven kinds of oligosaccharides preliminary screening results, and promote the effect is obvious,is MOS、FOS、 Synanthrin. Increases the amount of bacteria least higher than the control group1.52×108cfu/mL, The most2.36×108cfu/mL。 The optimum adding concentration screening results, added to the medium concentration are:MOS0.2%, FOS0.3%, Synanthrin0.4%。Add the optimal concentration of oligosaccharides in vitro influence results of lactobacillus acidophilus,0.3%FOS enrichment effect is best. To achieve1.39x107cfu/mL, Higher than the control group1.01×107cfu/mL The experimental group were significantly higher than that of blank group, significant difference. The total number of e. coli in contrast to the total number of lactic acid bacteria appear results. This preliminary showed that the test screening of oligosaccharides can rise to adjust the role of the gut, for the development of oligosaccharide and probiotics research provided the scientific basis.
