This experiment by88and ZCD13gained by the hybrid F23groups and their parents as the experimental material, using108F2:3groups for genetic map drawing, and combining the F2:3groups bud and seedling period of the appraisal result of salt resistance, the gene location of QTL The results are as follows1. To F2groups and survey, the field traits of F2:3generations of field traits exist two-way significant transgressive phenomena, seed setting rate and low parent, but grain higher than parent, other field traits between parents.2. Drawing contains96SSR molecular marker linkage map, the map from general layout is1794.7cM, the average distance of18.69cM.3. In the line of F2, rice bud under salinity stress, phenotypic value of seedling stage performance characteristics are presented normal distribution or approximate normal distribution, consistent with the basic characteristics of population genetic, meet the construction conditions of genetic map, to be able to carry out gene location of QTL.4. The salt resistance performance traits QTL detection results are as follows:(1) The three QTLs affecting relative germination potential, located on chromosomes3、4、7, and contribution rate of the range of7.98%to7.98%.(2) Two affect the relative germination rate of QTLs were detected, positioning on chromosomes1、7,7chromosomes RM418-RM560interval of contribution rate of32.54%.(3) There were detected two QTLs affecting seedling high, positioning on chromosomes2,4, contribution rate range4.28%to20.11%, contribution rate in article2of the largest chromosome RM5404-RM213interval.(4) There were detected2affect the relative root length of QTLs, positioning on chromosomes3、4, range5.36%to5.36%, article4of the contribution rate of the largest in chromosome RM401-RM551interval.(5) There were detected three influence relative to the root of the number of QTLs, positioning on chromosomes2、4,5, range7.89%to7.89%, contribution rate of the largest in RM5404-RM213interval between chromosome number2.5. The early stage of the bud and seedling under alkali stress showed:(1) The three QTLs affecting relative germination potential, locating on the4、6、11chromosomes, the contribution of single gene are smaller, common to the relative germination potential contribution rate of17.74%.(2) Two affect the relative germination rate of QTLs were detected, positioning on chromosomes5、6, contribution rate range from6.25%to12.37%.(3) There were detected three QTLs affect seedling high, positioning on chromosomes1、5、11, the contribution rate of4.36%10.91%.(4) A total of three influence relative root length of QTLs detected, location on chromosome4、5、6, contribution to the range of4.91%to15.23%, one of the biggest contribution in the sixth chromosomes RM217-RM539interval between.(5) There were detected three influences relative to the root of the number of QTLs, positioning on chromosomes1、2、5, contribution rate range from7.13%to15.58%, one of the biggest contribution in RM5404-RM213interval between two chromosomes.
