The Brassica Rapa Syn. Campestris L. Ssp. Chinesnsis Var. Utilis Tsen Et Lee Seed Germination Experiment Research

The population of our country reached to1.36billion by the end of2013, accounting for1/5of the world’s population, per capita arable land area of1.47mu, less than half the level of the world’s arable land per capita. Comprehensive view, China’s per capita arable land, cultivated land quality in general is not high, lack of reserve cultivated land resources of the basic national conditions have not changed, considering the existing cultivated land quantity, quality and land demand factors such as population growth, development, rational use of cultivated land and soilless cultivation to the shortage of arable land resources put forward the new way.This study took Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee as example, adopts water control plants and soilless culture methods, contrast to conventional irrigation, with different soil matrix, different pH of solution soilless cultivation and different plant hormone solution soilless cultivation. The primary research of this paper concentrates mainly on the germination rate of the Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee, average weight, average yield and the average root length. The main results of this paper as follows:(1)At the same moisture content, under the condition of different substrates, t yunnan red soil reach maximum when the moisture content of35%germination rate is94%; Yunnan red soil (containing vermiculite) reach maximum when the moisture content of35%germination rate is94%; Yunnan red soil (contain perlite) reach maximum when the moisture content of35%germination rate of90%. In different water content under the different matrix on the Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee, the average water consumption are basically the same, all maintained from24g to26g.(2) Sodium chloride solution has inhibitory effect on the Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee seed germination. Sodium chloride solution concentration at0.25%is lower than germination rate of the control group2.50%. Sodium chloride solution concentration at0.50%is lower than germination rate of the control group6.25%. Sodium chloride solution concentration at0.75%is lower than germination rate of the control group11.25%. Sodium chloride solution concentration at1.00%is lower than germination rate of the control group25.00%. The Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee of the average root length and average weight is reduced with the increase of concentration of sodium chloride solution, were lower than the control group on average root length and average weight.(3) The Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee germination rate under different pH value is higher than that of control group (distilled water) germination rate. The highest germination rate is the pH value of9which is7.86%higher than the control group. But the Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee under different pH value of the average root length is lower than the control group (distilled water) the average root length, the average root length when pH value is6is the shortest,10.27%lower than the control group. Under the condition of acidic or alkaline conditions, will inhibit the growth of root the Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee seed development. In acidic and alkaline conditions, and the average weight is higher than that of control group (distilled water) the average weight. The average weight of the heaviest is the pH value is8, higher than the control group30.91%. The Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee can be planted in acid or alkaline soil environment.(4) The Different concentration of cytokinin and the different concentration of gibberellin on increasing the Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee germination rate have the good effect. When the concentration of gibberellin solution is0.20%,the germination rate up to97.50%. Compared with cytokinin solution, concentration of gibberellin solution in a relatively high level, can be better promote the Brassica rapa syn. campestris L. ssp. chinesnsis var. utilis Tsen et Lee seed germination. At the concentration of0.20%, gibberellin solution germination rate higher than that of cytokinins solution germination rate of5.41%. When the gibberellin solution concentration is0.20%, the average length reached3.64cm.The experiment is based on school discipline team project, the results can provide practice reference for engineering micropropagation fast, which have a certain theoretical and practical significance.
