Morphological variations, muscal nutritional quality and genetic divergence of different populations ofthe Abramidinaea and molecular phylogeny of Abramidinae were analyzed in the dissertation. In thisResearch, the fish it’s taken from the huaihe river reservoir and south bay reservoir, the Yangtze drainage ofdanjiangkou reservoir and the muddy. The application of DNA barcoding analysis can avoid misjudgmentdue to differences between different geographical populations of the table, at the same time,it also can laythe foundation for the analysis of genetic conservation, biodiversity, and provide the basis for application, good characters of breeding individuals as breeding material..The research mainly includes the followingtwo aspects:1、All kinds of Abramidinae. subfamily group of fish in the analysis of the morphological differences.Application criterion, the main, the above three analysis methods such as clustering, more meals, red finBo, become warped lips Bo between the four groups such as morphological differences, etc. Research bythe fish it’s taken from the Huaihe river reservoir and south bay reservoir, the Yangtze drainage ofDanjiangkou reservoir and the muddy lu reservoir of the Yellow River water system. Cluster analysisresults showed that the four groups can be divided into three teams, it’s two groups of reservoirs and southbay reservoir form is most close to, first of all get together for a, Danjiangkou reservoir and relativelyindependent as a muddy lu reservoir groups. The result of principal component analysis showed that thelength of the head and tail in31morphological characteristics, the framework can be measured data anddata on the differences between each group contribution is the largest, lodge duck reservoirs anddanjiangkou reservoir has a larger population genetic differences. Need to build a function to distinguishand accurate criterion for the four groups:73.333%~100%(P1),81.482%~99%(P1), comprehensivediscrimination rate of91%. Be able to get the following results, four group become warped lips red Boproduced form of differentiation, and the difference is obvious.2. Comparative study on gentic variations of four different geographical populations of the Abramidinae. The rational use of DNA barcode technology and can analyze the different geographic population ofHenan province become warped lips red Bo into genetic have what difference. Mega4.05was used forsequence analysis..According to the model of kimura-2-parameter to comupute the gebetic distance. the result show that the co1genes amplified were about900bp,the distances witnin-species andpairwise-species were0.0029and0.091,the result show that there is a current level of genetic diversityamong them, in addition, different geographical groups of same one do not reach to the level of twodifferent species.according to the molecular phylogenetics tree based on NJ and MP, both them show thatErythroculter and Culter populations one group firstly, the indicated the gene distance of them areclosely, and then did others. The conclusion of the experience suggested that mitochondrial co1gene was avalid gene for the study of genetic diversity and molecular phylogenetic of Cyanea Catostomidae groups.the application of DNA barcoding analysis can avoid misjudgment due to differences between different geographical populations of the table.Through comprehensive study, this research can provide henan Bian subfamily fish germplasmresources utilization and sustainable development and related management policies provide the basis ofdetailed data and solid theory foundation, which increased the variety of fish genetic diversity research inour country, including freshwater fish, Marine fish, etc., improve the quality of the fish identification in ourcountry.
