Herbicide-fertilizer function compound (fertilizer with herbicide) is mixed by herbicide and fertilizer, and through a certain process formed herbicidal type fertilizer. One single application can achieve the double effect of fertilization and weeding. This paper studied the best compatible proportion of metolachlor and bensulfuron methyl against weed in transplanted paddy fields, and the optimal fertilizer efficiency proportion of N2, P2O5and K2O for rice, then fertilizer with0.4%metolachlor·bensulfuron methyl herbicide granules were prepared through optimal grouping of formula and determination of the performance indicators, and the field efficacy, fertilizer and residual safety of the granules were evaluated. The results were listed as follows:1、The best compatible proportion of metolachlor and bensulfuron methyl against weed in transplanted rice fields was3:1by co-toxicity determination and cost estimation; the optimal fertilizer efficiency proportion of N, P2O5and K2O for rice was1:0.6:0.9by pot test indoor.2、Metolachlor·bensulfuron methyl0.4%fertilizer with herbicide granules were prepared by secondary granulation method through screening of additives. The formula of metolachlor·bensulfuron methyl0.4%fertilizer with herbicide granules was as follows: metolachlor0.3%, bensulfuron methyl0.1%, N10.6%, P2O56.7%, K2O10.0%, MF-65.0%, starch10.0%, high-calcium fly10.0%.3、Thanks to good control effect and fertilizer efficiency, the recommended dose of metolachlor·bensulfuron methyl0.4%granules was480g.a.i./ha-720g.a.i./ha by broadcast application. When broadcast application must be uniform, field was drained to shallow water before broadcast application and kept3~5cm shallow layer for5to7days.4、A set of established method to detect metolachlor by gas chromatography with ECD and bensulfuron methyl by high performance liquid chromatography with UVD. There was not detected in brown rice, hull, rice stem and soil, when0.4%metolachlor·bensulfuron methyl granules was applied at1200g.a.i./ha.
