The water-soluble humic acid fertilizer is a new kind of foliar fertilizer,it can improve the crop yield in arid area.Under different stages,different water stress gradient conditions and different concentrations of humic acid water-soluble fertilizer,effects of oat growth,physiological characteristics and yield were investigated using pot and field experiments.So as to screen the appropriate concentration of humic acid,to discuss water-soluble fertilizers on the yield of drought resistance mechanism of oat,for oat yield in arid area provides the theory basis for high yield and water saving cultivation.1. Spraying different concentration of water-soluble humic acid fertilizer,plant height increased by2.53%to10.65%, dry matter accumulation increased by0.18%to22.44%, spike number increased by4.64%to31.92%,grain number per spike increased by10.23%to38.46%, thousand-grain weight increased by0.13%to30.77%, yield of oat increased by4.0%to15.7%, biological yield increased by5.06%to12.59%, growth period shorten one to six days, the most obvious effect of humic acid≥50g/L.2. Under water stress spraying water-soluble humic acid fertilizer,plant height increased by10.97%to19.55%,dry weight increased by16.00%to54.00%. fresh weight increased by8.33%to9.93%,leaf SPAD value increased by5.62%to8.32%, photosynthetic rate increased by12.65%to63.14%, stomatal conductance reduced by7.50%to34.33%, transpiration rate reduced by7.56%to43.63%. Correlation analysis showed that:leaf transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, leaf SPAD values and photosynthetic rate were very significant positive correlation;Leaf SPAD values, photosynthetic rate were very significant positive correlation with yield.3. Under water stress spraying water-soluble humic acid fertilizer can improve oat leaf osmotic adjustment system,free proline increased by4.25%to23.47%.soluble sugar increased by6.41%to26.27%,soluble protein increased by10.28%to14.06%.Correlation analysis showed that:Soluble sugar and free proline,soluble protein was very significant positive correlated;The soluble protein were very significant positive correlation with yield; Free proline content and yield were significantly negative correlation.4. Under water stress spraying water-soluble humic acid fertilizer can improve oat leaf plasmalemma system, relative electric conductivity reduced by5.52%to17.31%, malondialdehyde content reduced by13.25%to20.91%.Correlation analysis showed that: There was significant positive correlation between MDA content and relative conductivity,Both and yield are characterized by significant negative correlation.5. Under water stress spraying water-soluble humic acid fertilizer can improve the oat leaf protective enzyme system,superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased by19.54%to29.76%,peroxidase (POD) increased by17.42%to20.12%,catalase (CAT) increased by29.86%to44.84%.Correlation analysis showed that:leaf SOD,POD and CAT were very significant positive correlation.POD,CAT and yield were significantly negative correlation.SOD were very significant negative correlation with yield.6. With the increase of the degree of water stress,spraying water-soluble humic acid fertilizer oat yield increased more.Severe water stress(W1),moderate water stress(W2) and normal water supply (W3) under water soluble humic acid fertilizer processing oat yield than its CK increased by6.23%,4.03%and3.79%.
