This topic mainly takes the weathered coal found in large numbers in Inner Mongolia as the research background, and use of microbial degradation to prepare for microbial activity humic acid fertilizer. With weathered coal as the mainly raw material, The studied the degradability of three strain actinomycetes CG2, DG6, AG5saved in the laboratory that their degradation of weathered coal power the strong reason.This research mainly through the Single strain actinomycetes degrade the weathered coal under the optimal parameters, Single strain actinomycetes of the liquid culture experiment and inoculum concentration experiment, the change of free humic acid content in product as measured index. According to many strains of actinomycetes inoculum concentration experiments, the change of fulvic acid content in product as measured index. Through the experiment to get that the process conditions to degrade weathered coal in using actinomycetes by measuring the component of humic acid fertilizer.Ultimately the humic acid fertilizer production process determined is:the three strain actinomycetes CG2, DG6, AG5exist in the optimal pH of respectively7,6,7, the optimal temperature of respectively28℃,26℃,28℃, and the best conditions in speed of respectively180r/min,180r/min,160r/min, to expand the liquid culture, step by step three strain actinomycetes CG2, DG6, AG5respectively in the fermentor stop time110h-120h,100h-120h,90h-15h, mix actinomycetes liquid in the same proportion, then weathered coal mixed with actinomycetes liquid in the proportion of1to2, actinomycetes liquid pH of7, culture temperature28℃, culture time is25days, under laboratory conditions to get the humic acid fertilizer.This paper also make a comparison of humic acid fertilizer, weathered coal and chemical fertilizer on sweet sorghum seed sprouting, plant height and fresh weight of seedling. The results showed that the humic acid fertilizer acting on sweet sorghum can promote growth and seedlings sprouting rate.
