There is tons of abundant and high-quality brown coal in Yunnan province.At present,brown coal reserves in Eshan,Xundian,Zhaotong,take up more than 60 percent,but few of them have been exploited.Many researches hold that fulvic acid,by oxidation degradation technology,not only has anti-neoplastic,hypoglycemic and anti-inflammatory pharmacological activity,but also has lots of biological activity including drought resisting and dry-hot wind resistance.By the means of separation,identification and structure characterization,the paper lay a foundation for study on quality criterion of fulvic acid action mechanisms.The thesis has measured structure characterization and qualitative and quantitative study in grading fulvic acid in different area by the content of functional groups,elemental analysis,infrared spectra analysis,NMR analysis and GC-MS(gas chromatography mass spectrometry)analysis method · The conclusion can be summarize into three parts.Firstly,fulvic acid small molecules contain saturated fatty acid,while fulvic acid big molecules include more aromatic acid.Secondly,the study on GC-MS shows that ethyl ester material,the main composition of small molecules fulvic acid,takes up 89.1%percent of overall composition.Thirdly,the thesis successfully separates and identifies main volatile components in brown coal distillate.The following components have higher level:acetic acid,methyl formats,propitiation and diethyl phthalate.Moreover,these components make up 63.494%.The study on activity experiment of wheat seed germinating and growth has indicated that fulvic acid and brown coal distillate have influenced wheat seed germinating effectively,and been good at improving the germination rate and can promote plume and radicle.
