From Plant rhizosphere bacteria (Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria, PGPR) refers to some beneficial fungi in Plant roots or root surrounding soil, and promote Plant mineral nutrition absorption and utilization, and inhibit the harmful organisms, conducive to the growth of plants, there are mainly azotobacter, releasing from bacteria and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria.This research through to the gigantic tail the wide9clones eucalyptus inoculation of different probiotics, in afforestation of3.5years for processing different forest stand growth situation investigation, from the growth characteristic of trees, forest biomass and productivity, the biological characteristics of eucalyptus after inoculated lactic bacteria and the impact on the economic benefits of eucalyptus management aspects of a comprehensive evaluation of different processing of forest stand results show that:(1) Different probiotics eucalyptus diameter at breast height, tree height, individual stocking all have significant difference. Inoculated probiotics40k eucalyptus DBH and individual stocking, biggest than unvaccinated probiotics eucalyptus diameter at breast height diameter growth of24.7%, individual volume growth increased by70.9%; Inoculation of other probiotics tree height, DBH and individual volume and unvaccinated probiotics has certain differences, inoculated probiotics40k, the N1and P1of gigantic tail the wide9clones eucalyptus tree height, DBH and individual volume growth has obvious role in promoting.(2) Vaccination per plant biomass of different probiotics eucalyptus was obviously higher than that of unvaccinated probiotics biomass, and between different probiotics treatment plant biomass of eucalyptus also have obvious difference. Inoculated probiotics treatment of eucalyptus forest biomass per plant increased relatively unvaccinated probiotics35.25kg/seedlings,60.05kg,20.56kg/strains. Inoculated probiotics40k eucalyptus forest biomass reached206.22t/hm2, relative unvaccinated increased by100.1t/hm2probiotics. After inoculated probiotics of eucalyptus stand above85%above ground biomass, biomass allocation pattern is better than that of without the inoculation treatment of eucalyptus plantation, showed the inoculation of different probiotics to huge tail the wide9clones eucalyptus biomass and biomass allocation has certain influence.(3) Inoculated probiotics N1, P1,40k to huge tail of the aerial parts of wide9clones eucalyptus percentage content of different organs of nutrition elements have no obvious role in promoting. Different processing nutrition element accumulation in inoculated probiotics40K of eucalyptus plantation of nutrient elements N, P, K accumulation amount than other processing first,213.23kg/hm2,23.51kg/hm2,107.76kg/hm2, than unvaccinated probiotics eucalyptus high treatment respectively:102.33kg/hm2,8.57kg/hm2,52.65kg/hm2. Peel the processing, dry biomass accounted for about60%of the total biomass, and the branches, leaves, bark, only30%of total biomass, shows that after the logging, keep the branches, leaves, bark on woodland soil fertility restoration play an important role.(4) With the method of static camera and static economic indicators and to evaluate different plantation, through the index data, inoculated probiotics of eucalyptus plantation economic benefits than unvaccinated probiotics stand; For fungi, inoculated40k of eucalyptus plantation to obtain the biggest economic benefits.Inoculated probiotics, in general, tree height, DBH growth of eucalyptus has a certain role in promoting, stocking and biomass per plant improved the eucalyptus, increase forest stock volume per unit area, achieve the goal of improve the economic benefit. With probiotics, among them40k to giant has the best effect on the tail of the wide9clones eucalyptus.
