Research On The Effect Of Two Types Of Growth Regulator On Sarcandra Glabra’s Growth And Quality Under Different Growth Environment

The experiment made some studies on the following aspects through the survey of simulation test of potting, barrel cultivation and field planting:(1) the allelopathy that water extracts of Eucalyptus leaves has on Sarcandra glabra’s seed germination and seedling’s growth of barrel cultivation;(2) The influence of chitosan oligosaccharide and ethephon on drought resistance of potted Sarcandra glabra;(3) The influence of chitosan oligosaccharide and ethephon in the plant growth and quality of Sarcandra glabra under the Eucalyptus forest and sunshade;(4) The influences of two types of cultivation patterns on the yield components and main active component content of Sarcandra glabra, such as plant under the Eucalyptus forest and sunshade. To explore the feasibility of interplanting Sarcandra glabra under Eucalyptus forest. The experiment results are as follows:1.40%(weight ratio of leave and water0.12:1) water extracts of Eucalyptus leaves has a facilitation effect on the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of Sarcandra glabra seeds, it could promote the growth of roots of seedlings, improve the some growth indexes such as plant height and stalk diameter etc. It could increase the chlorophyll content, promote the photosynthesis, beneficial to the accumulation of dry matter and enhance the biomass of Sarcandra glabra.100%(weight ratio of leave and water0.29:1) water extracts of Eucalyptus leaves will inhibit the germination of Sarcandra glabra seeds, inhibit the growth of of Sarcandra glabra plant. Different concentration of water extracts of Eucalyptus leaves has significant influences on the content accumulation of necessary nutrient element of root, stem and leaf such as Fe、Mn、Zn、Mg、Ca, it can promote the accumulation of total flavones’ in root and leaves and inhibit the accumulation of total flavones content in stem.2. Under the drought stress, chitosan oligosaccharide of100mg/L、300mg/L and ethephon of100mg/L、300mg/L could inhibit the generation of Sarcandra glabra leaves’ MDA, improve the enzymatic activity of SOD、POD, increase the content of osmotic adjustment substances of some cells as soluble sugar and proline etc. It can remit the degradation process of soluble protein and reduce the chlorophyll content, decrease the conversion efficiency of drought stress on PS II of leaves of primary energy in the reaction centers and the negative effects of PS II potential reactivity, improve the drought resistance of Sarcandra glabra plants. The high-concentration chitosan oligosaccharide (500mg/L) and ethephon (500mg/L) has no significant influence on the drought resistance of Sarcandra glabra plants.3. Chitosan oligosaccharide (100mg/L) and ethephon (50mg/L) can promote the growth of roots of Sarcandra glabra plant under the Eucalyptus forest and sunshade, increase the amount of ramet and the content of chlorophyll content, which is beneficial to photosynthesis and can improve the biomass. It has a certain inhibiting effect on the plant height and leaf area of Sarcandra glabra plant. Besides, it has significant influence on the accumulation of some necessary nutrient element as Fe、 Mn、Zn、Mg、Ca in the root, stem and leaf and can significantly improve the total flavonoid content of the root and stem. Moreover, it can improve the content of the main active ingredients—isofraxidin and has a facilitation on the formation of the main active ingredients--rosmarinic acid.4. The plant height and stalk diameter of the inter-planted Sarcandra glabra under the Eucalyptus forest is remarkably lower than the Sarcandra glabra plant under the sunshade. However, the number of leaves and ramet is improved significantly while the difference of biomass and main active ingredients isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid is not obvious.To sum up. It is feasible to interplant Sarcandra glabra under Eucalyptus forest in the certain cultivation and management conditions. The suitable concentration of chitosan oligosaccharide and ethephon can promote the growth of Sarcandra glabra plant under the Eucalyptus forest and improve quality. At present, the area of Eucalyptus forest in guangxi province is extensive, but, much of the land under the Eucalyptus forest has not been used. it would be beneficial to increase farmers’ income and soil and water conservation and varieties resources conservation, if interplanted Sarcandra glabra under Eucalyptus forest, Has the good environmental protection and socio-economical benefit.
