With the growing of people’s demand for soybeans, The production of soybean isobviously inadequate in China, compared with foreign genetically modified soybean,the domestic soybean have disadvantages in quality and production. Therefore, thestudy of GM soybean is very meaningful in China. Temperature is a key factor in plantgrowth and biomass accumulation. Soybean production is significantly reduced at hightemperatures. High temperature stress is often accompanied by drought stress. it canenhance the Thermotolerance capacity and improve drought stress tolerance bytransfering ZmDREB2A gene into soybean.1. ZmDREB2A gene clone from Long Yu II.ZmDREB2A gene clone from Long Yu II.There are20mutation sites including19replacement mutation.by alignmenting the nucleotide sequence.There are11mutationincluding10amino acid substitution and1amino acid insertion mutation byalignmenting the amino acid sequence.There is not any mutation in the middleconserved sequence.So the main mutant lies in the differences among varieties.The AP2conserveddomain does not found any mutation.It indicate that the gene is important in plants.2.pCBM-ZmDREB2A vector construction3.Buiding the Half-seed soybean tissue culture system4.Obtaining2GM soybean lines by Half-seed method and cotyledonary nodemethod...
