Apricot fruit is fruit can characteristics of fruit in XinJiang, and as the plantingarea increased year by year, harvest contradiction also highlights out. Therefore, howto solve the problem of apricot fruit harvest is very important. In this case, this paperwill through the laboratory experiment and field experiment to specific analysis ofapricot fruit tree vibration mechanism.In laboratory, by three point bending experiment analyzed the branches everyperiod of elastic modulus and the branches, along with the change of the diameter ofthe found that with the decrease of the diameter of the elastic modulus decreases;spring back experiment research fruit of damping, the changes of fruit tree itself byattenuation of damping, the damping ratio of the same dildos are basically the same,but the damping with the decrease of the diameter decreases; resonance experimentresearch fruit of resonant frequency, the resonance frequency of the elastic stiffness offruit trees, the decrease of the elastic stiffness is also gradually with the decrease ofthe diameter.Further energy of resonance experiment research on fruit tree, get the followingconclusions:(1) under the same frequency, different excitation energy transfer is different;(2) the different branches of resonance frequency is different, this is decided bythe structure of the branches itself;(3) the coarse branches using low frequency high amplitude recovery, twigs withhigh-frequency low-rising harvest;(4) the branches and central angle of the small gain energy is bigger, isadvantageous to the fruit falls off.Through laboratory research itself characteristics of apricot fruit trees have adetailed understanding of the following results were obtained through the fieldexperiment in laboratory for further verification. Field experiment is based on high-speed camera shooting with the whole process of apricot fruit harvest, theapplication of high speed camera with Phantom for subsequent processing andanalysis software. The final result of analysis to go out to the following conclusion:(1) using high speed camera apricot fruit branches under the trees forced vibrationenergy transfer. It is a feasible method, and the fruit can be observed visuallythe whole process of the actual loss and to obtain the kinematic and dynamicsof the data required;(2) the energy transfer in the form of energy wave propagation in the trees, in theprocess of transfer with hysteresis and energy loss, energy loss is the mainreason of the damping and the fruit tree itself has consumed energy when falloff;(3) the thickness of branches has a larger effect on the loss of the fruit, the fruit onthe twigs off required for a long time, this may be because of the twigs ofmodulus of elasticity is larger;(4) when the vibrator effect on the trunk, branches and trunk angle is different, alsocan affect the fall off of the fruit. The smaller the angle between the samplingpoints in the swing direction of the kinetic energy, the greater the fall off themore fruit.Comparing with the results of laboratory experiment and field experiment, theexperiment is feasible. So as to optimize the design of vibrating machinery researchand the reliable basis.
